Went in to get a passport photo, the guy that was at the photo center was very knowledgeable and worked at a very fast pace. Awesome service

Never have I experienced this. My daughter dropped a script at 3:30. They said 5:40-6. At 5:30 I got here and they couldn’t find it much less had they filled it. I just told the pharmacist I was warned not to come here. She was surprised. Wait, what? Good advice not to come here. They couldn’t find it without me explaining what they were. Never in my wildest could I imagine a pharmacy this lame. Never again. I Will stick to Publix and Senoia Drug Co

Today one of the pharmacists went above and beyond! My rx was out of stock and I had totally forgotten to check back to see if it had arrived until I was completely out, and the pharmacist herself called around to other Walgreens in the area to find one that had the rx I needed, transferred it, and then called me back to tell me where to go! Seriously such a blessing thank you ?

Poor customer service and they are obviously making up their own rules as it pertains to cash app cash deposits. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very disappointed was told after waiting 4 days that my prescription would be in stock today. Called the pharmacist who rushed like she was on fire, lied and said there was no prescription for me, after I insisted she went to the computer and determined that I did. I have never been treated like a fast food order in a crowded lunch time food court like I was done with my prescription that I was told would be in, now warehouse doesn't have it, don't know when they will have it and I am told this is common with a lot of medicines for a lot of patients. Her accent was so strong and rapid that I could barely understand her and she was offended because they don't have my medicines. The information she gave me several days before was different--figure that for customer service. She is annoyed because she gave me misinformation about my needed medication.

Arrived at Walgreens at 9:30am. I wanted to get some pictures (my 6 and 10 year old) printed up for my mom's 80th Birthday. I asked if the picture book would be made today because my flight leaves early morning. I was told no problem come back around 4pm. I arrived at 5pm and the lady in the Photo department said we could not make your picture booklet, our machine has been down for 4 months. I then talked to the manager, I asked why didn't someone call me and let me know. He said the machine has only been down for a month and there is nothing I can do for you. For me, it's unacceptable that the employees in that department is not aware that their machine is down. This Walgreens has no communication or customer service skills. Now I just remembered why I normally shop at CVS. Don't shop at this Walgreens!

I just arrived to the drive thru window to pick up a prescription for my wife and there is a note stating they won't be open until later today. There is no time posted, they just want me to come back later and hopefully they will be open so my wife can have her antibiotics. This isn't the first issue I have had at this location, but this will be the last.

I never write reviews, and I never complain about customer service, ever. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, in the interest of public safety, I feel it’s imperative that I share honest experiences with this pharmacy. Please- just go somewhere else. Month after month, time after time, the pharmacist demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge about my prescriptions. I switched to Jones Pharmacy, which is a farther drive, but they are amazing. Walgreens pharmacy didn’t know how to fill my scrips, and they were so condescending and just plain mean about it. “If I fill yours, then everyone will want to fill theirs here!” (And I’m thinking, isn’t that point?) Also, EVERY month, there was a delay. A mistake was made, they couldn’t figure out my insurance- every single month. It’s a nightmare working with them. Just go somewhere else.

This location I was able to find my grandson's infant Tylenol, so I was really happy. Friendly service and quick check out. I will be back soon.

Go somewhere else to get filled. There's a lot of ignorant people working the pharmacy area and the line takes over 20 minutes whether inside or out or if you're the only person there. Makes no sense. This is medicine to help save lives!!! Not a joke to play with people's times!! Can't wait until this behavior catches up with them.

70 minute wait to pickup meds at the drive thru is ridiculous. I am not sure if the store is short staffed, mismanaged or just bad at customer service but 70 minutes entirely too long to get meds that the app notified are ready now. The average tonight is 13 minutes per car. There is the pharmacist and 2 others assisting so it should not take this long. The store should post drive thru wait time so you can get dinner to eat while you wait. To top it all of the clerk only pulled one of two available medications. The following day we transferred the medication to another Walgreens to get it filled. One car wait and less than 10 minutes from arrival to departure.

This location has been short-staffed for a long time. I’d rate lower but it doesn’t feel fair since labor shortage isn’t current employees’ fault. But service is super slow here - stand in line for 10 minutes or sit in the drive thru for 20, even when you’re the only person in line. But they’re always friendly despite clearly being swamped with too much work for too few people.

Scheduled appointments for shots but they don't stick to that. They were seeing other people ahead of our scheduled time.
