This SHOP IS A COMPLETE FRAUD…….. I dropped my truck off at this shop in September 2022 for catalyst converters I pulled up on premises several times never seen my truck on premises was going to report it stolen until I located it with the front end disassembled.This guy will call advise what’s wrong, get your money and never do repairsPlease read these reviews and do not trust them with your vehicleService: Auto maintenance

HORRIBLE BUSINESS, ***************************** is the owner of this shop. He collects cars and deposits, then he eventually stops answering phone calls, text messages or emails. After awhile, he puts out an abandonment lean on YOUR vehicle and eventually the title becomes his. A sorry crooked conniving young man. I feel bad for his parents. His dad also reached out to my husband not to call the police on his son, I guess because he's used to this type of behavior from his son and maybe in on collecting the titles too. Not sure what the future may hold for this business, but just know I want my justice and my husband's truck back.

The fallout from the theft of services by a dishonest accomplice and the repercussions of shoddy workmanship is still hitting us to this day. I entrusted him with my daughter's first car/birthday present, my daily driver and my son's vehicle. The owner was frequently absent as evidenced by both the reactions of the regular customers, staff and family, to which his father as much told me he didn't like how "W" did business and "W's" son shook his head in disbelief every time I came by to inquire about my car in the course of 3 months after having paid most of the estimate in advance to inspire commitment? Efficacy? Consideration? I paid him as I ask my clients to pay me...50-75% upfront The workmanship was haphazard, the excuses were excessive while 1 car sat on his lot for FIVE MONTHS! Why brag about newer bigger contracts when you haven't finished mine? 2021: Years later though originally billed to replace the fuel pump when I took it to my reliable mechanic of the last 5 years in Hampton, we discovered the "original" OEM fuel pump had NOT been replaced with the new part I PURCHASED MYSELF. I now travel 30 miles and pay the towing differential and 2 Lyfts to avoid that much bad service ever again

This guy and his parents are frauds, he took my son car and a down payment and ran never at the shop. I know his parents so I give them a call and they play like they don’t know anything. These guys are definitely frauds i’d advise u to stay away!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

All the reviews are lies the shop had my car for over six months paid up front for my parts and when the job was done I was to pay for the labor but the labor was never completed and when I finally was able to get my car six months later no money or parts was given back cause the cops said it was a civil problem shop all lies

The man they call Mr rigg does a phenomenal job putting in tinting your windows and making sure that it's professionally looking. I will highly encourage if you're looking for window tinting is the person to talk to.
