Never, never, NEVER going to the big box store for paint again. This is the place where someone will actually HELP with paint selections. There’s a table and some chairs to sit and go through colors. They’ll show larger paint chips. You can walk outside with them to view in natural light, which is a must to get a better impression of the undertones.They keep a record of purchases, so if you need the same color next month or next year, they have it!

He was real helpful to me the store don't open till 7:30 but he seen me there right at 7:00 and he went ahead and opened the store and got me my paint that I needed for the job

I stop by this morning to do a color match on a low voc for a customer that it has reactions to regular paint if I could give the lady and the gentleman that works there a 10 start I would they do an amazing customer service I’m a contractor I use other brands but I definitely recommend this store to other painters they went beyond on explaining everything about the product that I was looking for great customer service good communication.

I was in a rush to make a color decision because the painter was coming. The lady who answered the phone listened to my goals and suggested 3 to 4 colors. I reviewed the colors online and bought one of the colors she suggested because I didn't have anytime to test them. I hope that anyone considering buying BM paints to try visiting this store - people here are gems!!! I hope the local district or regional BM office reads my post because not all BM stores or distributors operate at this calibre. Highly recommend this store and the super helpful staff!!!

I should have visited Village Paint before going to Sherman Williams stores. Staff are so so helpful here! Highly recommend Village Paint and will buy all our future paint here.

Walked in the store and saw that the person behind the desk was not wearing a mask. I asked if he would wear a mask and he said no so I left.Everyone is certainly free to make choices regarding masks in their own store but as a consumer, what I see is a business not concerned with making all their customers feel safe.In this case it cost him 10-12 gallons worth of $$.
