I was at work at the time and really was short of Time, i had to take 10 of my guys out to eat and Bowling. And Vic!!! Welcomed me And Stood on his Word!! Go see Ron at Vic’s Auto! This is the only place I will let work on any of my vehicles. I drive an hour just to have them do the work. They are the most honest folks I’ve ever had the experience of dealing with. They don’t oversell you on things you don’t need. They tell you the issues and work with you to find a reasonable fix to your problems. Law Enforcement and Military receive a 25 percent discount on labor costs, no matter the size of the job.

I am new to the area. I purchased an extended warranty via CARMAX when I purchased my car. I selected Vic because they were close to my home to have my SUV towed to and they had an appointment the same day. My car was towed to the location. Soon as I got it there within the hour they told me the issue. It was an issue that was covered under the extended warranty. Ron assisted me in filing my claim. The warranty company did not want to file the claim because they said the issue was not covered. It would have been over $2000 in work. Ron and his team handled everything with the warranty company, made sure I got my rental. Even offered to Uber/ Lyft me until the warranty company go thins set up. When all was done the warranty company paid their portion. The portion I was left to pay. I was set up with a payment company to cover a much smaller amount than originally told. The repairs were taken care of in a very timely manor. My car is now running good. I now have a mechanic in the area that will recommend.

My new found family!!! I had been done so wrong in many places trying to find somewhere to take her to be taken care of just general maintenance believing the work to have been done only to find out it wasn't done even though paid for these people were so nice!!! Showing me everything every step of the way. Helping me to get things done right and saving me money where they could! Could not have asked for better service or kinder people! I will not go anywhere else unless they tell me for some reason I would need to... so grateful for them and the care that they provided.

I went to Vic’s Auto with an AC problem after a previous mechanic could not resolve the issue. Ron was very honest and straightforward about the steps of diagnosing the problem. He resolved the problem and did not try to replace things that weren’t required. I feel that he and his staff truly care about their customers and I will definitely be back.
