Wish they would go back to free upgrades and more phone options to pick form. Also wish they would go back to servicing phones in the store.

In person experience much better than over the phone. I’m glad I made the switch to faster cheaper internet service! Associates were kind. Nicole and Kwyn were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing customer service! I just came in for a phone case and everyone was so nice and helpful . Much better than my experience at the Howell Mill location!
