Extremely slow and rude. All I needed to do was drop off a trade in. She didnt acknowledge anyone coming in because she was on the phone. She is the ONLY one there and they are an authorized retailer NOT an actual Verizon store so they are VERY limited on what they can do and they just call customer service. She couldn’t even accept my trade in after making me wait! I would NOT recommend! Better to find an actual authorized store. Employees actually care and can help you!!

I went there to get information on how to have service in Europe. When she was unsure she went to her manager for clarification. The representative was very helpful. I also needed a new case for my cell phone. She was very helpful.

I went here to pick up an iPhone 15 in pink as the online option said they have these in stock. The young lady was so uninterested in helping me do anything. Saying oh we don't have that phone in stock, but not informing me of other options. I had to keep asking what they had in stock and he demeanor never changed I barely got a greeting coming in and her way of communicating was terrible. I told her I'll go to another location after she said they're a franchise. Seemingly insinuating they do things how they want to not caring about the wants or needs of potential customers. Went right to the one near the pavilion and was helped same day. I do not recommend this location at all.

I felt like I was victim of a scam at this store. Kamari is the sales associate that I felt swindled us for commission. My husband and I went there to purchase phones and plans. First, we were there for about 2 hours plus because she was so slow. So after we traded our phones and she gave us the new phones, she proceeded to gather all these accessories, which we never buy from a retailer but they are drastically overpriced. She first began adding a screen protectors and cameras protector, and phone cases to our phones...jewel cords in the bag. We asked, what is all this? Her words, "it's included". So I get home and look at my receipt and all these things were itemized and taken against our credit for our trade ins. Then, it was next to impossible to get in contact with the manager, to which I have still not spoken to, trying to get a refund for the things I was able to return. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE! If I could give no stars, I would give negative stars!!
