I was so humiliated. Me and my son opened up accounts at the Chamblee location and was denied cards per his bias. I was offended by his assertion so i politely left the branch. I drove a hour to the Fayetteville branch in which I was told they issue same day cards. For some reason my social didn’t clear at this branch so the manager was called over to assist. She assisted called the Chamblee branch spoke to the manager he exported the accounts but then proceeded to tell her not to issue me nor my son a card. In which I felt very offended. In having a conversation with her she offered me gas money to pacify me as to not be offended. When I asked for her information she asked me can I read. Both these managers were very unprofessional and discriminating. I was totally horrified by the experience. For me and my son. This should never be a way to welcome new clients.

My last visit was an afterhours ATM deposit, but I have never had a bad experience with the Fayetteville Branch. I have always gotten wonderful service. Lydia always remembers me when I've had to call and Darlene and the other ladies are always nice and respectful.

Exceptional Service "as always". Lydia opened a new account for me and explained how I could get higher interest on my Money Market. Pam said hello, Brittany remembered my name and later the teller (newer) at the drive-thru said; "what can I help you with Mr. Edmondson". It is so refreshing to be greeted with people using my name and employees who seem to really appreciate their jobs and interaction with the customer!

Darlene Blanton is a great example of what customer service should be. She assisted me closing out an account that I no longer use even though I know live in the state of Virginia! That is the service a Community Bank should offer. Thank you for your assistance!

All these years banking with United Community Bank, I have had nothing but great service. However the teller that assisted me, was not amiable or courteous. She did not welcome me and I initiated the conversation. Once I got my money. She did not say thank you for banking with us or not even have a great day. She sincerely gave me the impression she did not want to be there. MY FIST BAD EXPERIENCE.

United Community Bank, as large as they are, employees still give that small town personal bank feeling to their customers. Lydia Autrey has been handeling my personal and business accounts for years. If there is ever a problem she usually is aware of it before I am and contacts me. When I am the problem and have made a mistake she has always calmly walked me through the solution to get me back on track. As an employer myself, I know how hard it is to find that Rock Star employee who is extremly Knowledable, professional, personal and has the wits to think out side the box when situations out of the norm arise. Lydia Autrey is a plus to UCB and I hope that they stay aware of her dedication to the bank and to their customers with her awesome service.

Have been banking at this bank/location pretty much the day they opened. LOVE the staff, always professional, courteous, friendly & accommodating. Location is very convenient. Have NO intention of changing financial institution! Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Had to call this branch to find an information although it is not my Home branch and Ms Pam helped me solve the issue I had quickly and thoroughly. She was eager to help, prompt follow up calls to me until my issue got resolved. Customers in Fayetteville are so lucky ! Wish I can give more than 5 stars for this branch!
