“My only problem with this place is the horrible quality of wiper blades they carry. Don't let them touch your wiper blades and you're good!!! Tires, prices and service are all EXCELLENT...but you're never touching my wiper blades again.”
“The dealership told me I needed to get a new engine for my 2015 chevy cruze. The car had an oil leak and i think they just didn't want to fix it. If you're a cruze owner you know those things can come with a ton of maintenance over time. My wife and I weren't ready to part with the car yet so i took it to several places to get opinions on where the leak was actually coming from and how we could get it fixed because replacing the entire engine couldn't be the only solution. Plus, i'd rather buy a new car then put a new engine in the cruze. After a few shops we actually got recommended to come to J&M. Mechanics can be difficult to work with because it's hard to find one you can trust. They did the entire diagnosis process in front of me and talked with me as they inspected the leaks. Keith and the guys there found the leak quickly, and were able to fix it. These guys have impeccable turn around time for repairs. They cleaned the entire engine off as well which we're really happy about. I'd definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here if you're having any issues. Real down to earth people.”

“They have been serving our family vehicles for 25+ years, same owner (Mack) and some long-time employees. I always appreciate their honesty ...they don't try to increase the bill / work order. There have been several times I've gone in thinking I need new tires on one of my vehicles. If they don't think so, they've said things like, "hey, we can replace them now if you want, but I think you can get another 4-5k miles on them." Or "your break pads are getting low so I would get those done on your next oil change." I could list out many more examples like this. It just makes me trust them more. They've kept 15+ vehicles running well through the years for our family (including my parents ...and my dad is a retired mechanic himself so he is picky about who services his vehicles). Oh and they've rescued my wife a few times when I've been out of town and she had car trouble (ie she needed a new battery one time and I was out of town...they came to her and replaced it!). I'm thankful for this local business and the people that work there and would highly recommend them.”
