I went through about 3 weeks ago and had a great experience. Today I came through with the same vehicle and was denied service because of my roof rack. This roof rack was present during my previous visit and no one said anything about it. If you're going to have a policy, all employees should follow it. I went out of my way to use this location again because I was so pleased the first time. I realize this is a first world problem, but I won't be back.

Although all of their staff and each car wash experience exceeds standards, Jerome goes above and beyond. Without fail, he greets each guest with a smile and a welcome greeting, while paying attention to every detail. Jerome is the type of employee that keeps customers coming back.
