I have frequented this store in the past, and have not had problems until this last visit. I was shipping a very important package on this last visit (600 pieces of art created by students) that would be going into an art show. I had the shipping label and purchased a box with shipping material. The employee was new and had no idea what she was doing. The manager came to assist , but long story short, the manager did not assist enough, and they sent my package off WITHOUT ANY LABEL! It got lost at the UPS distribution center in Peachtree City. It took a few days and a wonderful and very concerned employee of the distribution center to find the package. After letting the manager know that this was their fault, the response was a half hearted apology with the comment that they have a high turnover rate!! Ridiculous!

Customer service is fine. I just don't like that they charge you $2 to send them an email to print off a document. The $2 doesn't include the printing fee, that's for just sending them an email. Charging to send them an email is absurd!

I WOULD LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE A STAR EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS AT THIS UPS STORE. HIS NAME IS ISAIAH. I WAS NOT FEELING WELL & DID NOT WANT TO DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE TO WAIT IN LINE FOREVER. SO I DECIDED TO GO TO THE UPS STORE NEXT TO TOWN CENTER KROGER. AND I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID. AS SOON AS I WALKED INTO THE STORE I WAS PLEASANTLY GREETED BY AN EMPLOYEE NAMED ISAIAH. THERE WAS NO LINE....I WALKED TO THE COUNTER & ISAIAH SMILED & ASKED HOW HE COULD HELP ME. ISAIAH WAS POLITE , PROFESSIONAL, & KIND. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE . ISAIAH GENUINELY CARED. I RECEIVED SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME !! ISAIAH IS AN ASSET !! THANK YOU UPS STORE , THANK YOU ISAIAH FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Sunny & her team are excellent. Always professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I pass another Fayetteville location as I prefer Sunny’s location. I always bring my documents to be notarized. This is my Go-to one-stop mailing and shipping business. I can get time-sensitive documents notarized, return Amazon items, purchase shipping supplies etc. Their customer service is above and beyond. The owner always ensure each customer is served with dignity and respect. Nothing but great experiences over the past few years.

I frequently visit this UPS store to drop off my Amazon returns. Sunny and David always greet me warmly and provide excellent customer service. They are consistently patient and polite. The convenient hours, being open seven days a week, are also a big plus. This is my favorite UPS store!

This is the worse UPS Store. The Manager named Sunny is a greedy person for money. She acts as if the produts are personally hers. How come this is the only UPS Store that have fees customers have to pay? I've been to several UPS Store and never was I asked to pay for me to give them my email address. It's ridiculous! They have totally lost my business.

First of all there was roaches all in the corners and it was just disgusting. The customer service was so bad. The attitudes were just absolutely terrible. I am disgusted and disappointed as an American Citizen coming to this UPS store and receiving this kind of service. ONE STAR!!!! I think at this point i would the nasty roaches in the corner greeted me better.

I just witnessed the most embarrassing and unprofessional act from a so-called manager towards an employee at this UPS store. The poor staff member was yelled at loudly in front of customers by their manager. It was humiliating and belittling. This manager needs to be fired. I am calling corporate to report this. No one deserves to be mistreated in this way.
