Target you would think as a high end place to shop, but you would be surprised how they treat their employees. I always overhear from different employees how badly they get treated and how certain leaders mistreat them. Other day a kind young lady helped me around the store but before that her and another were talking about how badly their leader is and people higher wont care about the issues because there is no one to replace her. Overheard them complaining about how the store has no hours and others retaliate against there members. As a loyal target shopper I feel bad for all of the employees whom work at this Target.

This target is growing. It now has a very large section of frozen foods, canned and jarred foods. Great job, Target. I was able to select some items for my cabinet. :-)

First, let me say I'm only leaving a review because I don't have the same experience as others and wanted to share a more positive review - so other Yelpers are aware there are good experiences at this location. I've come to this Target on several occasions and the staff has always been pleasant and willing to stop whatever they're doing to assist me. The only thing I can say is they have not been fully stocked over the past few months. However, the store is under going renovations and they're reorganizing things. So, I can give grace. Ultimately, they have the majority of things and no one has ever hesitated to come to aid me in finding anything. Also, the people working Customer Service always are helpful and courteous when helping with pricing issues, exchanges, or returns.

This location in the Pavillion has a horrible pharmacy. My father-in-law is 80yrs old. They are rude, have a bad attitude, do not care about a persons time. The staff needs help and it shows. The front girl wastes people time with waits, she says it might be ready, she says oh 30 min, people wait and they she says oh not for 3 days we are out. The pharmacist yells are her and they hate there job, it shows on the way they treat customers. Never will be go back to this location.

I've shopped this store for years but it has changed! Now I only go if I have to. Very dirty! Items are thrown and very unorganized! Definitely new management with lower standards for this location. Also there's usually only one or two lanes open. I only go here as last resort. What a shame...was once a very nice store!

I visit this Target more than I'd like to admit. This time I went shopping for travel-sized toiletries. I assume the low stock is due to Target's remodeling, but they did not have anything I went there for. This is frustrating because the website always says those items are in stock, but it is never true. If you visit this Target, do not check the online store before your visit. It will only end in frustration.

Every employee was so helpful and friendly: I asked a few question . Gigi in customer service is amazing. The lights flickered from the rain storm while I was there and she was calm and professional, greeting customers as they came in and assured them the registers were working. She ordered something for me I was having trouble with. Clean, nice, great visit.

Target is my fav store. I am an avid target shopper and have been for years . I am from Maryland and this location is my local target . I really wish they carried everything in stores online . Because I hate visiting this store. Staff is rude , short staffed , 2 cashiers open long lines on the weekends , Starbucks are hit or miss with being open during store hours . And of course the inventory !!!! All of these used to be reason why I loved target. Ugh like I literally used to live in target and now I dread going to this location

Really horrible store pickup experiences. Saying they could not come out do to weather. They were saying this for days. Even though the sky was clear. There were no weather issues in the area. I don't like going into stores due to Covid, like many others. So I utilize store pick up a lot.

This Target has got to be one of the worst Targets I've been to. The customer service is non-existent and they are very rude, as stated in other reviews. Patricia who works returns/customer service/drive up is one of the rudest. I've always just shrugged it off that maybe she was having a bad day , but no, too many times! How does a company that prides themselves on customer service still have this go on? I hate to say this but, I think Walmart may be better.

This Target is horrible and some of their employees are extremely rude too. I've used their curbside pick up twice and each time they give me expired milk. Why are you selling expired items in the first place? Their customer service is also terrible. Some of their employees lack basic social skills and it's difficult to return anything to them. Literally the worst Target I've been to. I'd rather go to a different one, so never going back to this one. Their cashiers are all in a bad mood, irritated, and very rude for whatever reason. You can't even ask them a simple question without them getting an attitude. Awful, do better Target.

If I could give this Targets a 0 I would. The customer service is horrible. I have been coming to this store for more than 10 yrs...it's definitely changed. The customer service is just soooo bad ! They won't even answer the phone from any of the departments...it's just ridiculous

I've shopped at Target off and on over the years. (Though my favorite store overall is Walmart) I'll make this review short and sweet. PROS - Every time I've been to Target, its typically very clean, the staff is always nice, and everything is neat, tidy and in its place, along with well stocked shelves. Nirvana. CONS - Target is a little higher on many items, and I've noticed that they just dont seem to have quite the same selection as Walmart. My ex and I used to have running jokes that she shopped at "Tarje'" while I went to Walmart. :) The bottom line is that I dont care so much about neat and tidy - I need great prices, and great selection, and Target lacks a little in both.

I received the worst treatment I have ever had from any retail store ever. I purchased a 65" LG tv from this store on Saturday. When I got home to unbox the tv I realized that everything was missing from the box (no stand, no remote, no power cord and no instruction manual). I called the store and they told me to bring the tv back for return or an exchange. We I got back to the store the unboxed the tv and at that point I realized that there was a Samsung tv is the box. The customer service employee was the same one that I had talked to earlier on the phone and she called over her manager who immediately walked to the back of the store to talk to her manager. It was at this point that I realized that they thought that I was the one who had put the wrong tv in the box and they thought that I was trying to scam them. When the manager returned she said that they could not exchange the tv or give me my money back, that they would have to perform their own internal investigation and that I would have to call Target Distribution center. I took the tv back home and called the distribution center and after 3 hours of conversations with them they discovered that the tv had been purchased at another store and return to this one. They told me that they contacted the store and that they made the store aware that they could accept the tv and exchange it or refund me my money. The next day when I went to the store again to return the tv, they were no managers on duty and everyone there gave me no solution, they just told me that they had to perform an internal investigation (which is what the distribution center had already done the day prior). After calling the distribution center again and explaining the entire situation over again and another 2 hours on the phone, they called the store and told the manager again that they are to accept my return and refund me my money. This time when I returned to the store the manager processed my return without saying two words to me. I have never been treated like this before. I spent my hard earned money on a 65" tv and I guess I was expected to have opened the tv box while I was in the checkout line to ensure that the correct tv and all of its parts were in the box. My wife and I spend a lot of money and this store, especially with Christmas coming up. But I assure you that we and no one in my family will be shopping at this store again. The manager on the first return trip did not even obtain my contact information to get in touch with me after they performed their "internal investigation". I guess she just assumed that I was trying to scam them and that I would drop it. The truth is that Target did get scammed by someone. It was the person who returned that tv before I purchased it. Had someone done their job and checked the tv when it was returned by that person this entire mess could have been avoided and I would not have been treated like a criminal or waster the majority of my weekend trying to get what I paid for.

Multiple employees standing around taking. 8 people in line to check out. One cashier. Single cashier called for another lane to open 4 times before one employee stopped her conversation to open a lane for LAST PERSON IN LINE...that she was talking too!
