This one is possibly the worst Truist branch location in the country. The manager is clumsy and lazy. 10 people standing in line, and three or four tellers, and the manager are goofing off and laughing loud behind the glasses. No respect for peoples times.I was originally with BB&T and have several accounts and then was transferred to Truist after they merged. But after today’s terrible service, I will probably change my banking needs to another bank or a credit union. If you have to come to this location, come prepared for bad service any day of the week

Truist is by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t, let me repeat, DON’T open an account there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They won’t answer questions over the phone at the local branches. They will tell you to call the 800 number where you will be met with clueless people who cannot help at all. Suntrust was reliable. All of the wholesale changes made after the merger are terrible. You are just a number to them.

I visited this location to open a business account. Haniyyah Received a phone call which was personal and I was fine with that. But her attitude afterwards was condescending at its finest. I explained I had to call the IRS for proof of my EIN and they faxed over a letter. She told me she didn’t feel comfortable opening my account which I was fine with. But she went the extra mile to say “and I have the right to refuse service.” And then went into the room of the other Banker and quoted “the hell she thought.” My business is legit. She was so distracted that she looked at the address of the IRS and told me I was not registered in GA. And that my paperwork wasn’t legit. When in fact I am. From there I knew the appointment was going to be bad. One of the worse customer service interactions I’ve ever had.

True Truist bank fashion- extremely slow and zero customer service. Please do not ring our line anymore about your VIP programs when you can't even provide basic courtesy in your branches! There has to be better options!

Beware of predatory policies under Truist! Joined originally as a Bbt customer for over a decade. Never had any frustrations or problems with my bank. Starting at the end of 2022. They snuck in various thieving penalties for using your own savings account. It did not matter how much money I kept moving into my savings account. If I put a whole paycheck directly into my savings and then took a small portion out to pay a bill. They were basically fining five dollars per transaction. It first began. I believe in October? But nothing at all was reflected in the bank account. They took a large lump sum starting in December. And unfortunately, because I trusted my bank, it took me a few extra months to notice this. They implemented this, even though it was not previously policy under BB&T, nor was it practiced initially as they transitioned at least upon BB&T customers. They flew it in under the radar. out of the multiple branches, I have visited in the last few months since, I have realized that the once wonderful, friendly, and quick service of BB&T has been replaced by predatory policies that harm customers and absolutely inexcusably bad customer service, and management. It’s a top down problem. you may occasionally come across someone at the front counter, who is absolutely wonderful. But God forbid you need to speak to anyone in management. Even if you can see them sitting in their management offices, not on the phone and not doing anything pertaining to an immediate customer issue, you will watch them take their ever loving time sometimes 30 minutes plus after you’ve already waited 30 minutes in line. I’m no longer using them for savings account purposes. Use a free service. RobinHood and Cashapp have some wonderful programs that will actually give you a better return. I’m currently still with the bank out of spite to gauge if they ever make the much-needed changes to be a decent bank. In the meantime, as an active customer, I am spreading awareness of how abusive this banking relationship is on the part of the bank. And, through honest reviews, I will cost them more money than they’ve ever taken from me until they doubtfully change their practices and stopped running like a grifting operation.

Waited for an hour and a half and then had to deal with an extremely unprofessional individual who snarking asked me “why would you even hang on to a check this long” and fluttered her eyes - as if that is any of her business and it was a check for such a small amount. I asked her if there’s any purpose for her asking that question and if the check has somehow expired because I was in the Philippines for a month. She realized I wasn’t taking her attitude and calmed down. Her name was Haniyyah. I needed to bring back my marriage certificate to open the account I planned on with Truist bank but after dealing with Haniyyah I told her forget it. I wish I had looked at the rating of the bank before I went - employees like her are what earns you a two star rating. That being said the young lady and man at the teller desk were very apologetic and agreed she was being inappropriate. They were fabulous. It’s too bad about Haniyyah. She had a whole room full of people mad. Most people had been there almost as long as I had and once they saw a man just walk into Haniyyah’s office to just laugh and chit chat they got frustrated and left.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. They are ridiculously slow both inside and in the drive through. There is one teller for the inside and one for the drive thru. Meanwhile there’s 4 women in office positions doing absolutely nothing but chatting each other up.They need to do better.

The line was long and it took a long time to reach the teller but when I did it was a great experience. They were polite and very helpful. So it was worth it!

This is the all time SLOWEST branch of any location, or bank chain for that matter, I have ever been to. The tellers obviously get paid by the hour because there is 0 sense of urgency. With only 2 cars in front of me, my drive-thru wait is consistently at least 35 minutes. When I go inside, it's easily an hour. The conversation between tellers is often inappropriate. The staff is friendly but aside from that, this location is grossly lacking.

Avoid this location if you can. The service is always slow. You will wait 30 min minimum everytime. Drive through and walk up.

The branch manager, Ryan Randolph, is HORRIBLE, he refuses to return calls or speak with customers having issues with pathetic service at his branch. He acts as if clients are beneath him and we need him and this bank. He’s leading this branch straight to hell with his nonchalant attitude and below mediocre service and pathetic leadership.

Poor Scott the teller holding it together, otherwise extremely unprofessional. The lady banker that seemed to be above him was extremely slow and clueless, even took “important” personal calls in the middle of a client meeting. Can’t seem to find out account, I would’ve done a better job it felt like. seems to be hire based on either corruption or connections, do not have decent service or training at all.
