Regular customer but ordered the foot long churro and it was harder than a brick!! Called back and employees don’t have liberty to give credit or replace! How sad ? it was only $2. Give your employees some authority in situations like this.

Me, my niece and my two nephews stopped in this morning to get some sandwiches before we headed to the fair. The two gentlemen on openshift today, Sunday September 24th are absolutely awesome!! They were very patient with us and had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm sorry I did not get their names. But they were so helpful and treated all of us very friendly. I accidentally left my debit card there and realized it by the time I got to the fair. I called Subway and the gentleman told me he would wrap my debit card in a receipt and put it in a cookie bag and pin it to their board in the back with my name and phone number on the outside of the cookie bag. All of our sandwiches were absolutely fresh and delicious and the kids were saying-the sandwiches were bangin'!! The gentleman who made our sandwiches was very nice and polite and extremely helpful. I've worked in customer service my whole life and being a customer today it was really awesome to get excellent customer service on the receiving end!! We stopped back by to pick up my debit card on the way home and it was exactly where the gentleman said he put it- pinned to the board wrapped in a receipt and in a cookie bag with my name and phone number on the outside. These guys are absolutely great and made our day!!! THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My complaint is not in service. I recently went to this subway to get a 6" combo in probably the first time in 5 years. The cost was $12 for a 6 inch, chips, and a drink. Publix offers a better Boars head meat sub combo for 9$. Subway has recently marketed their "fresh sliced meat". Trust me, Subway stinks. Don't waste your money. Go to Publix and get a real sub for less money. Inflation is real and Subway is on their way out.

After an awful experience at another Subway, I ordered from this one at 2:00 pm. My husband arrived at 2:25 pm only to be told they hadn't started the order either! The girl, who said she was the manager, asked my husband if he was Door Dash, when he responded, no, I am the one who ordered, she said, be glad or you'd be waiting longer! Then it took 10 minutes to make! The sandwiches were so sloppy made, that we will never eat them again! Chances are, we will get subs from other businesses. Never again will I step in Subway!

I am APALLED with how this subway treats their disabled customers, im having to contact corporate, and get a lawyer because they banned a customer for having a service dog. Said customer did nothing wrong, they ordered food, sat down, ate, and when their friend went on break, they allowed their friend to pet their dog before they left.They claimed the dog was a fake because the owner did not have state documentation, but according to ADA LAW, there is NO documentation. the dog did as it was supposed to and most definitely was not a fake. Im so sick to my stomach about this. theyre also trying to fire a disabled employee because the employee apparently never did work, but everytime i went in, that employee was always on their knees and working. they never did anything wrong. this is so insane.

As if it couldn't be more clear to me that Firehouse Subs is better, its a shame. Management need to spend a couple hours listening to YT Videos by other genuine Service Dog handlers and/or owners and to brush up on ADA Laws sometime.Also, y'all need to learn what is and isn't allowed to ask, Do better instead of making excuses. And sorry that people who have extra needs want to live life like normal as everyone else and y'all wanna be difficult.

ew,,,this place is terrible..ive had an better experience at a walmart, and walmart isnt all that good for anything.The workers are so rude! the customers are apparently never right. and the place is rarely ever cleaned! ive gotten dirrehea due to mold in the soda machines,,,theyve used bread that was dropped onto the floor, and to top it all of, the employees steal?? what type of establishment is this?

ew!!! absolutely disgusting!! Watched a worker pick up a sandwich from the trash and use it! absolutely disgusting, Theyre respectfulness towards veterans and disabled people to?? the way the workers treat each other? this place is the WORST subway i have EVER been too. please find a better place to eat.
