Once again, I have been patient/polite yet have encountered some untrained disrespectful clerk. Keytta at the register is VERY RUDE and VERY unprofessional. When people are patiently waiting, the least that can be offered is the following, "Thank you for your patience. Someone will be right with you!" This woman came out from behind the countered, walked off, left me there looking crazy to go help someone else. I waited and waited. Never once greeted. Suddenly, when 5 other patrons get on line, Keytta and ANOTHER clerk suddenly thought it was worth tackling the line that already existed with ME standing there. Disgusting service!

Goodness. Repair the flickering florescent lights and buzzing speakers already! It's been long enough! Keep up with the theft alarms on the clothes, too. They are always going off. I love Ross, but can't stand going in this one because I become physically ill from all the malfunctions. Please repair the lights and speakers. Thank you.
