Usually great but today 07/06/24 @ 11:30 am, the person in charge seemed to be doing more talking than providing customer service. She had the cashier stocking the shelves in front on the register instead of being available to check people out. I was made to wait, though I am normally immediately checked out. Cashier was just doing her job, but manager was talking as if I wasn’t standing there in front of the cash register counter ready to check out. Weekday team would neva.

The service is good but this place really needs to be deep cleaned. There's mold in the ice machine (you will find little black specs), sticky floors despite wet floor signs, and if you take a moment to look at the shelves the food items are sitting on and the racks where the refrigerated drinks are you'll see grime on them or underneath them.

Love this QT but all the kitchen breakfast items taste like they have freezer burn and are often still cold in the center. It's been this way for months

The is my first time at this location and I'm glad I did stop by. I wanted a cold drink, so I stopped by and purchased one. It was many customers purchasing gas, snacks and drinks. This is a really clean and neat gas station. My husband love pretzels, so they had some really fresh ones. It was so hot and buttery. The regular gas is $3.37. That's kind of high, so I'm glad I didn't need any. Lol But, will be back if we're in the area.

The teller took my husbands card and no one in the store tried to help. They didn’t even try to let customers know the ATM was not working. Disgusting customer service.

Stopped at qt for a quick bite, grabbed a hotdog and a drink. Dropped my hotdog holding the door for a young lady .. cleaned up the mess went back inside to remake the hotdog and Candace s. Recharges me as if she didn’t notice the whole situation.. I explain what happen and she proceeds to charge me 2.18. I tap my card and pay the young lady I held the door open for says she really made you pay ?? I shrug my shoulders and say it’s customer service.. 1 star qt do better .. I’m gonna start patronizing race track the frozen drink machines actually work at their locations!!

The female employee with the braids at 6:00pm on 06-17-23 at the register had the worst customer service like she was so unnecessarily rude.
