This was the best car buying experience for us in forty years. Everyone we dealt with was cordial, sincere and straightforward. It truly felt like they wanted us to be comfortable in our decision and had our best interest in mind. Love my new Escape!

Got a good deal on a used Suv. The salesperson Levial was great. He also was very knowledgeable, even about a non Ford brand vehicle! Will definitely be working with him again on another vehicle soon.

I dropped my truck off three weeks ago, at first they told me my truck wasn’t there, three days later they “found it”. I still haven’t hear an update on the truck. They say they are backed up.

I've taken my car to Newnan Ford 3 times and they were not helpful, and did not seem to care. Newnan Ford told me that the work they needed to do on my vehicle would take 4-6 months. I called the service department and spoke to both James and David and they were super friendly and actually seemed concerned about my issue and wanted to help. They were able to fix my car in 2 1/2 weeks! The whole service department was so friendly and kind to me I will never go back to the Newnan location. It is a hour drive from me but it is so worth it. I have taken my car to this location many times and each experience is better than the last. Thank you Fayetteville Ford!!!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!! If I could give them less than a 1 star review, I would! Not only did they perform services that my car did not need, I picked my car up and it's in worse condition than it was when I initially left it there. I would highly recommend you to find another dealership to take your car in for services. I told them what the issue was with my car, my radiator fan wasn't working. They told me they ran tests on my car and it was working fine but I needed a drive belt and some kinda tank. $761.41 cents later I was forced to bring my car back because it still over heated. They took a closer look at my radiator fan and noticed that the wires connected to the fan had melted. They wanted to charge me another $800 to fix it. After I contacted the supervisor and told him that I didn't feel as if it was fair he said he would give me a discount $417 he quoted me. I decided to go and pick my car up. It wouldn't start, had to get it jumped off to leave the dealership. I noticed my CD charger was making a banging sound, when I got home I noticed the radio kept making that banging sound after I turned the car off. Now I'm stuck at home, dead car, that over heats when I'm idling.

As a longstanding Fayetteville Ford customer, I am highly disappointed in the inadequate service provided by the service department. From the time my Ford F-150 was accepted, it would be almost three months later that the vehicle would be ready for pickup. To make matters worse, and after having paid approximately $2,500.00 for the recommended repairs, my truck remains in the exact same condition which arouses suspicion about a misdiagnosis. As of today, the hardship continues, as I am still without my vehicle. Has anyone else ever experienced a situation of negligence with the service department of Fayetteville Ford?

Arrived @8 am, needed a quick oil change & new windshield wipers. They took the truck @8:05. 9:35 nobody has come to see me, or say hey we're almost done. We go see what's up because it's taking forever. Guy says "You're still here I thought you left." What? We were sitting there wasting our time, have to get to work and you guys are holding me up. Nice people but incredibly slow & poor service. Not my first time visiting a quick lane, but definitely my first & last time at this location. And no– Not a single apology from anybody in there.Service: Oil change

Cannot stand this place no one ever answers the phone in the service dept and if your connected and they never text back and if you stay on them and bug them to death then and only then will you get service and then they're mean
