The center is always clean and the technicians are exceptionally friendly and reassuring. Going to this center is a pleasure even when the purpose of my visit isn’t very pleasurable (needle stick).

Everyone at Quest Diagnostics was friendly, courteous, and professional. The Fayetteville location is convenient. The office was also clean and well organized. I especially loved being able to schedule the appointment online and checking in with their tablet screen once you walk in. I would definitely recommend Quest to others.

My 2nd blood draw with Desirae. She is a joy and great at what she does. I am a hard stick and I normally feel like a pin cushion by the time I leave. Both times, Desirae was flawless and I am so thankful. 1 stick each visit.

My primary care doctor and my specialty medical provider both switched to Quest Diagnostics in January 2023. I have had NOTHING but trouble with the billing aspect of this sub-par service provider. The bills are NOT delivered until months later, and usually only find out when you go to get lab work done and are denied because of an outstanding balance. In last quarter of 2023 several duplicate claims were made to my primary insurance company, and all duplicates were denied. Then instead of billing my secondary, which I provide at EVERY office visit, they keep rebilling primary. Then 4-5 months later they send an overdue notice. NOTE, they never sent a first bill, nor any others until I get an overdue notice. On May10, 2024, my doctor sent me to Quest for bloodwork, which the technician denied due to a $16.42 overdue bill FROM JANUARY 19, 2024. I immediately called their number only to be told a bill was sent, but not to the secondary insurance company. At that time the customer service rep said she would clear the overdue notice but it would take at least 24 hours to show up. This is on a Friday. So I had to wait until Monday May 13 to have my blood work started. On Saturday in the mail I received the overdue notice in the mail, but never the original bill. My secondary said they have never received any bills from Quest this calendar year. When you go online, you cannot see any invoices or bills. You HAVE to call to get the bill number to go online and SEE the bills, and each is different. I spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone today to get the original bill from January, and ask why it hasn't been billed. They have no answer. My suggestion would be for Quest to make it easier to see outstanding bills so we as customers can help them file claims, since they can't seem to do it themselves OR to go to another lab service, which is what I will be doing from now on.
But to be honest, their lab reports are easily accessible and are delivered to both medical offices and patients quickly and accurately. The providers in the office are mostly great, but could use some customer service training. Too bad their billing side of the house isn't as streamlined.

At this particular location, there is hardly any staff interaction with the patients. You sign in on the kiosk and then you're expected to wait. That's not realistic if given an appointment 70 mins out. The kiosk even says that if you leave, return 10 mins before your appointment. Well I had to reschedule my appointment and it was 70 mins out, I didn't want to wait there because I live 10 minutes away and I was feeling sick. When I returned my appointment had beed erased because they called me 3 times and I wasn't there, but no where in the lobby does it say to remain, because if the wait is short, you might be able to be seen sooner. Had someone come out and said that or had it Posted, I'd never have left

The Nurse on duty was warm and welcoming throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable and explained to me what she was drawing my blood for. I had an horrible experience at another Quest lab in Riverdale area and thought I would try your location and I'm extremely happy I did.

It is worth the 40 minute drive to utilize this center. The staff is always professional, thorough, and so kind. Nina was wonderful on this visit!

They have got to be the most efficient lab I’ve ever been to. Check-in took a few seconds on a kiosk, and I was in on time and out faster than I expected.

I forgot her name but the lady who took my blood was very nice, did great in that I didn't even feel the needle, was quick, and well trained. I definitely recommend Quest!!!
