Many associates, particularly in the Bakery, are described as friendly, amazing, and personable. However, some long-time customers feel the store has undergone a transformation and is no longer as friendly, clean, or strong in customer service as before. Prices are viewed as a bit overpriced, and the parking lot can get very busy during peak hours.
It's always busy over there, and the parking lot construction makes it difficult to navigate, but the store is always clean, products I need are in stock, and staff are mostly friendly.
