Absolutely despicable customer service in the pharmacy. The one lady treats me like poo and has every single time I’ve had to deal with her!!!! (More than 20) the pharmacist was no better they don’t care a single bit about you and you can tell they hate their jobs. So rude. Instead of helping me find a solution they are just hateful and rude and uncaring. Kept trying to say something is a corporate problem you could have canceled it out of the system and then enter it back but no they were too busy being nasty and rude and talking about inappropriate things out loud. I’m DONE with this pharmacy and Publix.

I called with multiple questions in regard to insulin. Tasha was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. There should be representatives like her in all facets of customer service. THANK YOU!

I downloaded this app just to leave this review, poor location nobody works in a timely manner , the deli is just awful lackadaisical work , inconsiderate customer service I would not make this review out of spite I cannot stress how bad this fayetville location is

I usually go to the other Publix in Fayetteville, but I needed a few items and was on this side of town. This location need to really stock up, and clean up their shelves and racks. I was picking up a sub and etc, and the racks were really filthy, in the store. I really wish I would've saw the racks, before I had ordered my food. The deli was clean though. But, I was very disappointed, because Publix is ALWAYS clean. Plus, the last time I was in here about a year ago, I was really pleased. Well, definitely not this time. At least the employees are really friendly and attentive. But, trust me, I won't be back at this location. :-(

Have a disability, the riding cart stopped on me and a store worker pushed the cart and myself to check out and continue to pushed me to my car .it brings me to Tears to know that there are people like that around. Thanks to that worker sending ? blessings and prayers to him,sry did not get his name

The customer service that was demonstrated during my recent shopping experience was beyond unacceptable. It wasn't until after over an hour of trying to resolve my issue that the store manager decided to make an appearance, in which she still offered no resolution or sympathy towards the fact that I was there for over an hour due to a faulty issue within their system which prevented me from successfully paying & leaving with the groceries I was in need of.

The grocery store is not bad however, I think I went to a cashier that had a terrible day. I noticed as everyone was approaching her she was irritable--maybe time for break or time to get off. Additionally, she was tossing items in bags faster to process transactions: so if someone had delicate items, they may have broken with her handling. I understand the stressors of customer service because it's tedious, monotonous, and tiring, just try and take a break JALISSA and not take it out on others.

I have received the kindest, most helpful and all around great service! They take their time to explain or answer questions and never rush me or make me feel like I’m bothering them. I’m greeted with a smile and great customer service

Pete is a floater in your pharmacy tonight. They got my daughter's prescriptions wrong gave her the wrong counts, we asked for him to redo them, it was 8:50 pm upon arrival. And he said no because we are already closed. He said either take them as they are and pay the exorbitant price, or else we would have to come back tomorrow. He had the biggest grin on his face. Do you know how expensive gas prices are. And how far we drove to get here 45 minutes 30 miles. Only to be told we weren't going to be treated with the Publix standards. We are calling corporate tomorrow!

Went to this pharmacy to pick up my husband prescription and was told that we had a 10 min wait 2 hours after the doctor called in the prescription. 10 mins quickly turned to 20 mins.... this is ridiculous!!! I GIVE THEM 1 STAR!
