Was late to my appointment because the vehicle broke down. The check engine light was on when I got picked up. Took me 3 hours to get my return trip. I'm posting this as I ride home.

Started off strong then lied to me and or the transportation company they book rides through why they are 40 minutes late. Be honest 1st and professional 2nd. I despise dishonest business people!

Didn't understand needing my debit card if using my insurance. Then had the audacity to tell me no-one will help me. When I use another service that has never asked for my credit information. Stay away from this place.

This company is not dependable. Twice they were scheduled to transport a wheelchair bound person, and they did not show up. The first time, the patient called PMA after the pickup time had passed, and the person on the other end was very rude, told her he was not sending a driver, and told her to call the insurance company for further explanation. The second time, I was supposed to be picked up for surgery, no one showed up. I called PMA and the person on the other end said there were no drivers scheduled and they weren't even open that day. I called the insurance company and let them know what PMA said, they called PMA and no one picked up the phone. This is sad, because when we used them during the first half of last year, they were our preferred transportation providers because they were on time and dependable. However, towards the end of last year and the two times this year, they have truly let us down. I would not depend on them, or you may end up stranded.

The company is a sham... I needed transportation for a wheelchair person. The guy hung up on me and when I called back thinking it could have been a mistake, nope. I was put on hold and I eventually had to hang up.

I needed a non-emergency transportation company to safely transport my wheelchair-bound husband to his appointments and to other events as needed. After a Google search, I found P & M Transportation. P & M is an excellent company which believes in providing excellent, reliable, and efficient customer service. From the first phone call, I detected efficiency, compassion and a good listening ear. I decided to book a trip. I could not have been more pleased! The driver arrived on time and was neat, clean, very friendly, professional, and extremely safety-conscious. He made sure that my husband and his chair were both secured and that each strap and buckle was engaged properly. The van was clean—inside and out and there were no disagreeable odors inside. The GPS system used was top of the line and helped the driver avoid and circumvent traffic snares, thus enabling us to get to our destination without having to spend time in stalled traffic. The first trip with P&M convinced me that I had found the right company for us. We have since used the services of this excellent company many times and will continue to do so as long as we have a need. I recommend this company without reservation.
