Excellent service in helping me get the right items for an emergency repair. I selected a product that would not have met my needs and the crew redirected me to the right stuff. Glad they were open until 9PM to help me.

I called before going to see if they had what i was needing. They did went up there in Fayetteville ga abd Eric helped me. Found the match of gas cap and put it on.

Do not like!!!!Not usually an O'Reillys person. I find better deals at AutoZone. A mew months ago I asked someone in the store to give me information for creating a commercial account. They took all my information down, mind you this was after about 20 minutes of standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence, which they never did. I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier & he took my information to pass along to commercial. Do you think I ever heard back from O'Reillys commercial side? Here's a better question, do you think I ever got that commercial account..? I never had anything personal against O'Reillys but I know where I won't do business at. I'll order from Amazon if I truly get desperate enough to think about going into an O'Reillys

Great customer service from Corey, this man deserves a raise. He is fair and respectful to everyone. He had great composure when one of the old employees kept hounding him for answering a phone call when I was there first. He took care of me first then answered the phone. That’s the way it should always be handled. Thank you Corey do not let anyone change your personality. You will climb to the top just for being humble and displaying great values and character. Now to the older fella you deserve 0 stars. No one needs to work under those conditions at any job.

Dang battery finally wore out on me in Publix parking lot. Walked over to the O'Reilly's a gentleman named Eric who is the assistant manager helped me get the right battery. He went above an beyond an even gave me a ride back to my car an installed it for me. Couldn't of asked for better service! Give that man a promotion!!!

The option for a negative number of stars should be available for racial profiling and egregiously poor customer service. My son purchased a battery from this store last week. He was advised by his father to return the battery because it was a poor quality and would more than likely fail in a year’s time. My son returned to this store today to return the battery and was told they would not refund his purchase because the credit card number on the receipt did not match the physical card. The purchase was made via ApplePay with funds from his checking account. The transaction information did not match his physical card yet the transaction action did take place. The woman he spoke with regarding the return began asking other employees what the return policy was. She and other employees began telling my son because the two did not match they would not refund his purchase. The item number and transaction dates are equivalent yet they refused to refund the money. My son then requested his refund in cash. The gaggle of O’Reilly employees began laughing at him accusing him of having inappropriate motives. My son was rightly offended. Instead of responding to the collective disrespect he was experiencing he offered to show the employee the transaction in his bank ledger. He was told he would have to acquire a print out of the transaction. I have returned many things in my 40 years of shopping and I have never been asked to show proof of a transaction. This is outrageous. My son, in his desire to prove his purchase left the store and drove up the street to Chase bank and spoke with a bank representative. This representative kindly produced a list of his recent transactions as proof of his purchase from that store. My son looked up from the bank representative and an older white O’Reilly employee was in the bank stating he needed to prove the transaction. This is now harassment. The bank representative told this man that my son had made that purchase with funds from his bank account. He then drove back to the store and was given his refund in cash as he had previously requested. This manner of service is unacceptable. This review is just a warning for others should you choose to patronize this store. Patronage here is NOT ADVISED! This company is facilitating a culture of disrespect. My son deserved better and I hope you believe your dollars deserve better. My son is a 6’2” young male with dreads. I find it difficult to imagine a 6’2” young male with blonde hair would have required this level of proof for a return or would be followed to a bank while obtaining said proof. Unacceptable is not a strong enough word for my son’s experience. I will ensure O’Reilly’s corporate office, the Better Business Bureau and Fayette County Chamber of Commerce is aware of how paying customers are subject to harassment at this store. I can only hope this is not a standard practice throughout all of their stores.

Although they were very busy, Eric attended to everyone personally and professionally. My battery needed to be tested and he explained the process and apologized for the length of time it took to charge and check it. He very capably removed the battery from my car, replaced it with a good battery, checked the battery, starter and alternator and again apologized for having to check the status of my battery. When the charging check confirmed it was in fact bad, he installed a new battery printed out the receipt, took the time to explain the warranty and I was on my way. The entire time I was there he answered questions the other associates asked him, assisted them with how to do things and was polite the entire time. Outstanding customer service, Eric. Even though there are closer auto parts stores near me, I’ll be back here to see Eric.
