“I frequent this store and must admit, it's not always the best experience but today superceded my expectations. I sumbitted an order yesterday and afterwards noticed there was an error. I tried to get assistance with the correction over the phone and through customer service, but didn't have any luck. I came into the store today and Brooke assited me with getting the correct order printed. She was so patient and took her time in getting the issue resolved.
