I write reviews whether it excellent or not. But today, I had to write a review about LabCorp (Fayetteville). This is an excellent facility. Friendly, clean, pleasant, organize, professional. If I could give 10 stars I would. I tried several other LabCorp. (NO WAY). Thank you Fran, Patrice, Megan. You guys run this office very well. Kudos to you guys!

All staff i encountered were rude. No one made eye contact. Everything was a direct command. The phlebotomists acted disgusted that I insisted on her drawing from my right arm. I am near 40 y/o, I've delivered 3 babies and have had 3 surgeries, I am very well familiar with my body. This phlebotomists at lab Corp, I believe, purposely missed my vein to prove me wrong. She also never verified my identity for any step during the procedure. You never know who come be sitting in your phlebotomy chair... I am a former Navy doc who specialized in apheresis and pediatric phlebotomy was my skill set, so I know a lot about the simple task of lab work. To conclude: It was a painful and uncomfortable experience in every single aspect.

Megan is a phenomenal phlebotomist! My 9yo had never had blood drawn before and was so worried. As soon as Megan started talking to him, he couldn't stop smiling. She was kind, compassionate and made him feel safe. I will never bring my child to anyone else for a blood draw!

My appointment was for 1:30. I was called back at 1:35 and back in my car by 1:45. The staff was nice and my tech, Rashonda, was very friendly and gentle. I barely felt the prick of the needle.

Front desk, first impression was AWFUL. she was very RUDE to every patient and was loud and unprofessional. Should not be working in customer service at all. She's more of a McDonald's type employee. I can't stand to see elders be mistreated especially when they are sick and can't comprehend. The way she spoke to everyone I witness made me cringe. I wished I could have taken her position. Ridiculous and I hope they change it soon!!!

I visited this location yesterday and had a very positive experience . Customer service was excellent . Ro was my tech and she was patient , friendly and professional . So glad I chose this location !

If I could give this places zero stars I would. They are so rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming, and disrespectful. I have never walked into an office and before I could even say a word the treatment and piss poor greeting I received was reprehensible. I’ll go out of my way to go to another lab facility before dealing with the unprofessionalism I dealt with today. New management and new staff is needed ASAP

I arrived at 9:50am, my appt was at 10am. I was not called to back until 10:35am, Megan was wonderful, smiling, apologizing for my wait time, I stated it's not her fault, that Lapcorp, decided not to supply their customers with enough staff to handle this busy location. I only saw three employee's working the front & the back office. I scheduled an appt. & was not seen in a timely manner. I guest my time is not as valuable.? if you didn't have an appt the wait time was 1hr. or more. Lapcorp this location needs more than three employee's to handle the volume. Can you please be respectful of other people's time. Please fix ASAP.

I went to LabCorp in Fayetteville GA yesterday to have some lab work done. It was the most POSITIVE customer experience I have had in a very long time. The entire staff was kind, thoughtful, professional, and proficient. I am so glad that I chose this location.My experience yesterday was particularly poignant because after getting my lab work done, I discovered that I did not have my key fob. As I tracked my movement since arrival, I quickly came to the conclusion that it must have fallen out of my clutch and been locked in my car. Thank goodness for AAA who came in less than 30 minutes. However, I was LabCorp's last patient and they were actually closing up for the day. They were kind enough though to allow me to sit inside where it was cool and comfortable, instead standing outside in 90 degree. And initially when I discovered my loss, they even helped me to look both in the office and outside! Not once did the staff make me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them.This is the type of outstanding customer service that everyone should receive, but we seldom get. I am so deeply touched and I will always remember their kindness, consideration, concern, and professionalism. Just wow ... so glad I went there!!!

Tried walking in and waiting 30+ minutes so went home and made an appointment. Showed up for my appointment, still sitting here 50 minutes later. No one is at the front desk. The waiting area is packed. What's the point of making appointments? I would go somewhere else if you're able.

The most unprofessional place I have ever been seen. Not sure why they have appointments if they make you wait an hour past your assigned appointment. Avoid this place at all cost. Staff are rude and unhelpful as well.

The lab Corp I usually use had computer problems and sent me here. 20 minute drive later I am met by this 'cee u next tuesday' who says I have to call a number to make an appointment. I call the numer and after 10 minutes of talking to a computer later find out there are no open Appointments. This lady was extremely rude. She wouldnt just tell me there were no appointments, she made me call a number to have a computer tell me. When I asked for her name she refused to tell me. So here is a picture of her. She is rude and not a people person.

I was in and out without an appointment in 15 minutes. Tiffany was exceptional. I had a great experience. Be patient if you go when there is a crowd in the lobby. Highly recommend!

Been paying our bills here, but this black girl with a shave bleach hair told as today that they never accepted bill payment here ever. Like are you for real? I told her like we've been paying here. She was very rude with an attitude. I think she's just lazy.
