This used to be a great pharmacy but the customer service has gone down considerably over the last few years. It takes days to get prescriptions filled sometimes with no valid explanation from the staff members. I am transferring all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy.

This afternoon picking up a prescription for my 86 year old Mother who was in the car. Having back pain, we had just left Piedmont Quick Care and they sent over an RX. So after 4pm June 7th 2024 I arrived at your pharmacy and the pharmacy tech was Anything but Caring snd Professional.. I gave her the name and date of Birth she busted out laughing! I ask her what was so funny, she didn't respond but said there was no Prescription. I then spoke with the pharmacist and he didn't have the Rx but seemed interested and helpful. The Rx was changed but we left with our prescription. I just can't understand her Odd behavior and it's very frustrating especially in our situation. You need to have a chat about customer service and Responsibility. My Mom has a team of Caring Dr's Dedicated to her health, don't be part of the problem. We deserve to be treated with Respect. I really hope this lady has accountability. This was totally unacceptable! This was young obese, black girl wearing a beige sweat shirt that said London. I could have left off the obese part but why? You have to give Respect to get Respect. I hope your never picking up your Rx and treated so badly. We don't need that.

Kroger is always conveniently located. This one is no different. The store is clean and well-maintained. The staff is attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable and there are always attractive sales.Tonight I went to purchase dog food for a stray in our neighborhood. Usually, I'm in and out, but tonight they had only the self checkout lanes available. The line moved slowly because some people had full basket-loads of groceries...probably shopping for Christmas dinner.

My husband and I have never had anything but excellent service here, from filling prescriptions to information about shots and medication. Everyone I’ve dealt with has bee patient and helpful.

This used to be one of the best Pharmacies on the Southside, but now they are catastrophically bad. The automated call-in refill service will confirm refills the pharmacy is not capable of filling, the texting service which informs you when your prescriptions are ready is no longer operating, if for any reason the pharmacy cannot fill your prescription, you will not receive any notification until to arrive to picked them up and no one answers the telephone if you call for information. In honestly, it's unbelievable that any state medical board would allow a pharmacy like this to remain in business, for their incompetence are putting people in medical emergency situations.

Do not go to this pharmacy. Medications called in hours ago and it’s 7:46 pm and still not filled. This is ridiculous. No text, no call, no email, nothing.

This Pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers. They are so patient when talking to my grandparents. They have gone out of their way to help reach a doctor for a refill when I couldn’t get thru. It’s a very busy place but they are on time. Thank you for being courteous and kind to your community and our family. We appreciate all that you do. Nagelah.

The rude man behind the counter stared off by say that they are 4 or 5 days behind on prescriptions which sets the tone for the pharmacy to begin with. This guy follows the conversation with terrible customer service they were completely out of one of my prescriptions. I asked for a transfer of my prescriptions and they guy behind the counter refused. He told me that i had to call a place that had it and tell them to call him and HE MAY ANSWER THE PHONE so i can have it transferred. -____- he just better be glad im saved.

Legitimately the worst experience yet with Kroger! I had intended to rate them a 1 star but I did 2 because the pharmacist was nice enough to resolve the issue. Kroger corporate you are failing your customers and slowly loosing sales to other companies. I understand that money drives your priorities, however your staff at this location is overworked and understaffed! It is absurd that I should have this much problem on a regular basis because your company chooses to not take care of and over works your staff! Kroger corporate you need to get your priorities straight because you are slow but surely going down hill and you are loosing my business if nothing else!!!

I have been picking up a prescription every MONDAY and I couldn't pick it up today's 5/31/21, said it was too early, that is bs, I called the automated system and said after 3:00pm , they closed at 3:00 and not giving me the opportunity to get my prescription filled, they have a problem with communicating with thier customers!!! I spend about 3000.00 dollars a year there! Not anymore, going to change pharmacy, KROGER SUCKS!!!! JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!!!
