this place has no customer service it is run by some kids with a nasty attitude, and no respect for this business or customer service asked for a manager no one showed up luckily it's a Publix across the street where I will be taking my business after this experience.

Honestly, the store itself is fine. The employees are helpful and kind (for the most part). Although, during training I'd mention the importance of smiling when you're at work. It makes you more approachable and disarms shoppers that may be afraid to ask for help. I work in customers service and the one thing I know more than anything is SMILE! The employees aren't unkind, they just, at times, come across as not wanting to be there.My biggest issue though, your bathroom is disgusting. Always. Literally, I've never shopped here and the bathroom not be disgusting and/or needing repairs. It's a bathroom, I get it. But as I said, I work I customer service, and part of my job involves cleaning restrooms. It's more important than you know. Especially when you're dealing with a business that offers a bathroom facility AND food and/or groceries. In my experience, the condition of your restroom isn't too far off from the conditions of the other areas of your store. If you can't take care of what is seen, how does the back of your store, the unseen, if you will, look. All that to say, y'all can do better. Much better.

The Manager of this store should be fired!! Take a look at the bathrooms. No paper towels, towel paper on the floor, toilets haven't been cleaned, no seat liners, floors haven't been swept...Just an absolute disgusting MESS!!!

I'm sorry I'm giving this location a 1 star review. But as a visitor of this location....it was extremely off putting to walk past the seafood section actually wanting seafood....only to see the person prepping the food for the display case sniffing the fish. With his whole nose. This was yesterday evening after 5:30. He had on no mask. Only gloves. Just imagine...what if he was sick. What if he had COVID. What if he had a booger in his nose? And Kroger expects me to buy some damn fish that I saw a man sniff? That's extremely disgusting and as much as I want to say I'm shocked...I'm really not. People do NOT care about what they do. People thing o they aren't being watched but that s*** was gross.

The young lady serving the check-out customers was horrible today. She was unresponsive and just not helpful at all. I wanted to redeem a digital coupon for tissue paper that was on sale, and I asked her several questions about the process. She was so uninterested that she failed to explain that I needed to "clip" the coupon before I scanned the item. Well, thank you very much young lady, you are standing here half engaging with me and you couldn't tell me this. I let her know that I was not happy with her non-service. I actually ended up removing the tissue from my original purchase and making a 2nd purchase with only the tissue so I could use the coupon. I figured this out without the help of the check-out attendant. I failed to get her name because I was so busy ripping her one for being so dismissive and unhelpful. My visit was 3/17/22 @ approx 3:30 p.m.

The pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE!! They have the phone disconnected so you're unable to speak with anyone. When you request a refill on the app they don't refill it. They are slow and rude. I will be finding another pharmacy that actually cares about their patrons.

Crib pickup is like looking for a prostitute at this location!!! Seldom staffed to Make curbside a pleasurable experience, and quite honestly it feels like you're waiting for Prostitute to finish , And there is never a happy ending on Sunday This is like the fifth time in one year my order has been delayed for over an hour and then I'll wait with a slew people waiting for the HAPPY ENDING Well I've been here now in the parking lot for 30 minutes and I'm here to tell you NO HAPPY ENDING Bye Good nite If they can't properly staff this location --- end the curbside ?!!!! It's not even like safe sex!! You feel jerked off!!!!

Worst Kroger's ever! This was a 5grocery store several years back. Now it's a 1! I had to speak to the manager because the Pharmacist who ALWAYS put my dogs meds last got an attitude with me and was very rude! Why every time I come here my prescription is not ready! It's been here 2 freaking days! WTH! Yes I'm calling the corporate office because obviously he needs customer service or diversity training! Period!

I have used this fuel center for years with a debit card and never had an issue yet today they changed all that. They also pin up a $125.50 pre-deposit on the debit card while pumping fuel and paying at the pump and that pre-deposit has always been added back to my card within a few minutes of completing my transaction. As of today I am yet to have my $125.50 pre-deposit added back. I am very livid due to this because that is my money being held hostage. If I were an elderly person needing that for medicine or Dr visit I'd really be in jeopardy. When trying to call the store I recieved no help from management except a 1-800-Krogers number which took me to some foreign land after waiting for a representative for approximately 30 minutes just to be refused an American representative that I can understand and then disconnected. I am giving notice that I am putting this on blast via social media and pray it saves others from this inexcusable practice of holding money hostage so they can draw interest on it before it's returned. I am also considering going to the news media as well as an attorney.
