Horrible customer service and workmanship.Brought my own preprogrammed TPMS kit, so they wouldn’t have to order one or delay the replacement of my old damaged one. They first told me the repair was complete. I went home and my tire deflated from 40psi to 14psi. I went to a 3rd party tire shop and they showed me that the leak was around the neck of the new TPMS valve stem that Mavis so-called replaced the previous day. Took it back to them and they checked me out and asked them to spray it again before I left and it was leaking again at same location. This is very dangerous and could be a potential hazard.

Service is on point and all of the employees work together as a team to make sure that you understand the details on what your services are and what you made need in the near future! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I felt taken advantage of. I will never go back. I dropped my car in 9 am on a Thursday for new tires. No contact till noon asking me about what kind of tires. No contact again until I called at 3..they then told me that they had only 3 tires on my car and that I would have to come back the next day to get the 4th and they would then check the alignment. I was never called to let know they only had 3 or I would have declined. So they sent me home that way. I should never have been in that position. Turn around to Friday I got my 4th tire. I asked if they checked the alignment and was told that I would have to come back again to get that done because the alignment guy was gone for the day. Every part of this whole situation was handled poorly. No communication. I didn’t feel like anyone looked out for my safety. My car was there in the morning when 4 tiers were available, but by the time they “got around to” it they left me with 3. I have never felt so taken advantage of as I did with this situation. I’m a single mom, $800 is a lot to me in general and to not feel safe in my only form of transportation is unacceptable

We had a low tire on our 5th wheel at 5:00 pm on a Thursday. Called AAA and they scheduled then the service provider “Parker” told us they could not change a tire on a trailer we pay for premier RV service with AAA. So I called Mavis Tire right down street from where we were as the website said they were open till 8:30 PM to verify that this was correct and see if they could change the tire. Anthony was most helpful and said sure bring it right down. We had to air up the tire to move and arrived about 6:30 pm. They quickly cheerfully told us where to park and put on the spare for us! ????? Super service 20 minutes later we were down the road! The manager was most helpful, and Kind ! We need more people and businesses with this kind of service! Kudos Mavis Tires and Brakes!

My wife and I are missionaries who work in Africa. Every year we come home to share with our partners regarding the work we are doing. We left our home with four almost new tires on our fifth wheel.
As luck would have it we picked up a screw in the fifth wheel tire. We have AAA but they couldn’t find a local company who would come change our tire.
We had seen Mavis Tire driving by and we’re less than half a mile to their shop. My wife called and asked if they could handle our trailer and they said to bring it in and they would take care of us. Anthony was awesome! He came right out and had us changed and out the door in less than 20 minutes!
The staff were all really friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were safe and taken care of! ***** customer service!

I had to get a lot of work done but Paris was really kind and helpful. I felt bad because it seemed like a lot of people were giving her a hard time. Everyone else was really helpful as well! Thanks team!

I scheduled an appointment for new tires. I was told it would be an hour and a half for my car to be ready, but I've been here for over two and a half hours. Im still here! This is ridiculous.

Dropped my car off Wednesday morning, 8am, to have brake serviced. I had already changed rotors, pads and bled the system myself & only needed a ABS auto reset, since I didn't have the scanning tool. Long story short, they changed calipers and also said I needed a new master cylinder. Non of which fixed the problem, obviously, so I told them just leave it alone and I'll pick it up. They had already changed the calipers, so I told them put the originals back on. Here it is Thursday evening, 9pm and I'm just getting my car back after they tried charging me 500 for the work they did, but I didn't need. It took two days and 5 extra hrs for me to end up taking it somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

Had a flat tire on my way from work Mavis was not only open but these guys took excellent care of my tire right prior to the shop closing. I greatly appreciate this shop they were a blessing to me today. Thank y'all so much

They have been calling for two days straight wanting me to come in way earlier for my appointment. I finally get here 30 minutes before my actual appointment and they tell me it’s going to be a two hour wait… That doesn’t really make since especially since I got off the phone with someone at 11am who told me that my appointment would be fine.

I took my car in today because the Honda dealership in Duluth GA told me I need brake pads replaced on front axle immediately. The mechanic that inspected my vehicle and test drove it told me that my brakes are fine. I’m so thankful that there are still people that operate with integrity in this day and time when it seems that everyone is trying to scam you. Thank you Jimmy and the rest of the staff for the excellent customer service.
