Came in a few months ago and got alignment, and my engine light was on, the lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted that checked! I said ok. She didn’t say it would be $50! I paid $90 for alignment. Lawerence said I had some worn parts. The steering wheel was not pulling to the left when I got there but was when I left. I got the worn parts replaced and came back in yesterday and mentioned I got the parts replaced and asked her if there would be a charge for a recheck on my alignment, she said no at least that’s what I thought she said behind the glass. After he checked alignment again, she said $90. Now my steering is pulling to the left. They are crooks! I should not of been charged for another alignment! I checked around and they are higher than anyone else! No pricing posted for anything and mumbling behind the glass allows them to take advantage! $180 for 2 alignments in a few months, I called around and a recheck is included at other places within a year.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I came in at the close of their day with a puncture in my tire that Toyota dealer could not fix… Toyota said they could only replace my tire not patch it plug it. . So it was still a good tire with a bad leak and The Branson Auto Shop found the leak and repaired it and in the meantime I had lost my credit card so they entrusted me to bring back the money for the repair. Great people, they’re local and I will always use them from now on. 5 stars rating and more!Service: Tires
