Although we are still in the process of dealing with our loved one being gone unexpectedly. We used Hope Funeral Home and if I could rate their service 1 million I would. From the surprise tapestry gift they presented to the family with my brother's picture on it, to the special surprise saxophone tribute at the end of the service.The Glass family can not say thank you enough for going above and beyond what we expected. May God continue to bless you all above whatsoever you could ask are think.

Terrible service. They were transporting my family to the burial for my grandmother’s funeral, when someone driving the vehicle went off road and hit a tree. Not one time did the staff members apologize for the incident. On the day we are laying our loved one to rest, you are trying to take more. This is freaking ridiculous. We rushed to pull our family members out of the car, while most of their staff members just watched. There was no compassion/empathy shown for their mistake.

My Friend Marquez Jefferson was in their care for his funeral on May 27, 2022 and I must say they did an amazing job. Mr. Michael Jefferson with Jefferson Elite Mortuary was also amazing in the transfer

Hope Funeral Home did an outstanding job at my husband’s celebration of life memorial service recently. The staff went above and beyond for our family. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend!

I am a first time visitor to Hope Funeral Home. A church member has a funeral here, and I think the entire HOPE staff is here at the door to greet and welcome guests. The facility is spotless. I see Lysol cans on the ready. Restrooms clean and well stocked. The manner in which the deceased is prepared is as if asleep. 6 stars for Hope Funeral Home. Highly recommended.

My dad's Homegoing service entrusted to Hope Funeral Home was the exact vision of what our family wanted and beyond! They were very thoughtful, creative, responsive, prompt, patient and specific in piecing things together regarding the requests of our family. Everything was perfect! THANK YOU soo much for conducting such a beautiful service! ? Everyone who attended in person and watched the service online expressed how much they loved the service.Highly Recommended! ?

On 10-29-2022 I was at a homegoing for my Uncle. Although, the facility was nice and very clean somethings were very out of order, in particular how the immediate family was treated. The family line had people in it who weren't family. The deceased own children were behind people who weren't family, and when it came down to seating the family were also behind people who weren't family. I'm not talking about distant family, I'm talking the deceased own sister's, and neice's and nephews. A simple inquiry and ushering on the part of H.O.P.E would've solved this issue.Although their were other issue, this was at the fault of the deceased's wife, and pastors. My issue with H.O.P.E lied mostly with it's lack of organization and ushering.

Losing a loved one is never easy but it helps to have a caring support team to navigate the complexities of funeral planning. I lost my mother after a long illness with Parkinson's Disease. She lost so much weight, I wasn't sure if we could have an open casket. Gwen and staff were very patient, supportive and accommodating. They restored my mother's healthy look. They even tweaked a few things to ensure my mom's personality and style were portrayed. Gwen navigated me through a multi-state funeral and out-of-state burial. During such a difficult time, I couldn't ask for a more level-headed and calming spirit to hold my hand every step of the way. Thank you Gwen, and the entire Hope Funeral Home staff, for helping me to celebrate my mother with dignity and respect through a well executed funeral.

Michael and Ms. Gwen were exceptional and I would recommend Hope to any and everybody. They treated us like family and Ms. Gwen was super responsive to any questions that I had. Thank you so much for treating my grandmother as a queen and handling her with so much care. It was a beautiful service and Hope’s staff overall, were amazing.
