I enjoy utilizing this location. The people are extremely friendly; Masie is the person I've usually dealt with and she's such a nice lady; always asks how our trip's been, etc. The manager has helped me directly several times and he's always been willing to do what he can to improve our experience. These are great people who make the entire company look great.

This location specifically I have had multiple issues with. I rented through a third party, which was my first mistake. They told me I would be able to renew/extend online as needed. This NEVER worked. I was going in circles for hours on the website, the app, and the phone trying to extend my rental. By the way, these people rarely answer the phones and if they do it’s like they pick the phone up and immediately hang up. They eventually CALLED ME, from one of the many numbers I had been trying and waiting on hold for hours with, and informed me that they were going to report the car as stolen because it had not been returned to the pick up location. I also never agreed to return the vehicle to the same location as I was out of town on a business trip. Do not use this company, especially this location.

Reserved a rental prior to arriving at Hertz. Once arrived, was not greeted. Employee was helping a customer and then walked out and did not return for 40 minutes. The building was completely empty for almost 30 minutes with customers in lobby. 8 people sat in lobby waiting to be helped before being told they had no rentals and that the one we reserved wasn’t returned. We continued to sit in hopes one would be returned but once there was they chose to not get car ready. Had to seek rental elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend if you’re hoping for convenience.

staff is not knowledgeable about reservations and very unfriendly and unhelpful. tried to charge me a $400 cleaning fee from a tiny amount of pet hair that rubbed off from my jacket. they never answer the phone, they will let it ring or pick up the phone and hang up right away.

I was renting from here all the time but it’s just one hating ssa lady that likes to make up rules out the blue. Detoured my thanksgiving plans for nothing. Luckily I was able to go to another location with the same reservations and rent with no problems other than a small downsize. No one or the 800 number had an issue with me using my HUSBANDS discount!!!! Just a hater! Oh and their cars are trash…ragady asl.

Unfortunately my car was hit and I needed a rental while car was being repaired. Fortunately, I was connected to Hertz on North Glynn in Fayetteville via my insurance company, The service was great! Terrie amd Macie went above and beyond to make me comfortable. There was a time during the holidays (and this one month rental) where I wanted to change cars to go out of town. The change was seamless. This made me feel very good as I had to endure the holidays without my own vehicle on an out of town trip. Keep up the good work, ladies!!

In November 2023 I was involved in an auto accident and most of Atlanta did not have vehicles available. I made a reservation with Hertz in Fayetteville for a car, but upon arrival they did not have any cars available.Terri S. worked with me and ensured I had a vehicle on that day. I ended up being out of my vehicle for 2 months due to backordered parts. Throughout that stressful process Terri S. continued to provide me with outstanding assistance and customer service. She was always professional, kind and had a pleasant attitude. I would recommend this location for your cat rental needs.

Unfortunately the negative review here are true. I booked through a third party company and didn't read the reviews until after booking.I reserved a full size vehicle but to my surprise they gave me a compact vehicle. My family of four traveled for 8.5hrs in a tiny clown car that smelled like dog. It also had stains on the seats.To make matters worse the customer service representative showed no empathy and refused to address the situation at hand. She even tried to gaslight me and say "We're not going to charge you anything more for this rental. You're going to get this car for the same price as the one you reserved."This was my first and last time renting here. Buyer be ware!

Had car trouble with the car I received. Called 800 number was told I could do an exchange in the city where I was staying, Savannah GA. That Hertz refused to exchange cars, unless I paid for a full day rental.(car was paid for in advance) I was told I would not be getting one of his cars(Savannah location) Called 800 number back and spoke with a manager for her to tell me, well you can drive to Jacksonville FL to do an exchange, that’s the best I can offer. But I will create a case number and when you get back to Fayetteville GA, they will compensate you for your troubles. When I finally make it back to Fayetteville GA, I am told very rudely, there is nothing they can do, ( one little girl was trying to help, but i assumed she was new) they can’t look up case numbers to see what my issue was. They would take the car out of service until they had it looked at and we can take your phone number and speak with the owner and he will call you back. No concern what so ever!! And I’m still waiting for my phone call!!!!The WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! If I could give -100 stars, it wouldn’t be enough.
