They have been serving our family vehicles for 25+ years, same owner (Mack) and some long-time employees. I always appreciate their honesty ...they don't try to increase the bill / work order. There have been several times I've gone in thinking I need new tires on one of my vehicles. If they don't think so, they've said things like, "hey, we can replace them now if you want, but I think you can get another 4-5k miles on them." Or "your break pads are getting low so I would get those done on your next oil change." I could list out many more examples like this. It just makes me trust them more. They've kept 15+ vehicles running well through the years for our family (including my parents ...and my dad is a retired mechanic himself so he is picky about who services his vehicles). Oh and they've rescued my wife a few times when I've been out of town and she had car trouble (ie she needed a new battery one time and I was out of town...they came to her and replaced it!). I'm thankful for this local business and the people that work there and would highly recommend them.

Just left and have been there numerous times, never had a problem. They have replaced the tires on my Porsche Panamera as well as several other cars for me that I own. The wheel lock for this car is always in the trunk. This particular time the wheel lock was not placed back in the trunk and it was somewhere in the car. They argued back-and-forth that they gave me the wheel lock back like I told them you did not give it to me and put it in my hand. The tall black guy was like you signed for it. I did sign for it because I've always trusted you guys to put it back every time I've come you've never had an issue. Luckily, I did go out because the guy was taking off the front tire instead of the left rear tire, which was the tire of interest. Then the tall, black guy who standing over me constantly trying to berate me as a woman like I didn't know what I was doing. I own four cars and keep up with all the maintenance on them and I've never had a problem. I keep up with my stuff very well like I told him all I'm saying is I don't have the wheel lock I didn't put it back. He is steady arguing with me about they gave it back to me. As if he wanted me to admit guilt, which I wasn't because that was not what happened. THE PROFESSIONAL THING to do would have been to search for the wheel lock instead of getting upset and placing blame. Only them and myself had the last dealings with the tires. There is only a few places a wheel lock would be in a car, in the trunk, in the glovebox or in the center console. Some people even put it in the ashtray. Then I said I was never coming back and he walks up on me and loud talks and I said just look for it. He's walking back inside and saying things like he doesn't want to deal with someone like me and I'm crazy and I said he could shut up with all that. He charges back over at me, standing over me and I'm barely 5' tall telling me how he's a man and he can talk all he wants and he's not a child and I don't tell him to shut up. I told the guy to put the damaged tire back on and let me leave, he didn't answer and just smiled and kept working. But on the CORRECT TIRE this time. I stayed with the car while it was being fixed. Then as I'm checking out luckily I had someone on the phone because I didn't trust them and Tom checks me out and is proceeding to be very professional like he's nice but then he follows me out to my car and says."...... hey if something is wrong with the tires we serviced you can have those looked at, but for anything else don't come back." I said I already told you I would NEVER come back Tom. He proceeds to tell me yeah because I'm an awful person and do you always talk to people like this you don't know how to treat people do you always treat people like this..... first of all I just told you I'm not coming back I'm not gonna stand here and argue with you. I've paid you. (The person on the phone was about to call the authorities since he followed me to my car.)I told him this is a done conversation so he goes on to tell me how I'm this awful person and I don't know how to talk to his guys. The guys in the garage were cool even the one working on the tire. The only one who was puffed up was the the tall overweight light skin black guy. I told Tom to just going back in after I already paid you and I am leaving there was no need to follow me out to my car as a woman that's very threatening and intimidating. He steady tells me how awful I am and I told him he could ram that up his @$$ I don't care I will not be back and got in my car. He proceeds to walk up to the drivers door but quickly retreated and went back inside when the person in the phone said they were calling the police. For a woman to be stood over and talked down to and then pay with no problems or words. Then be followed out to her car to further be chastised is TOTALLY unacceptable. DO NOT USE THEM. They have high turnover and make a ton of errors.

TOM did not care to listen to my concern and refused to professionally communicate. When my issue was initially reported to him, he came out to the lobby with an attitude and continuously insinuated that I was the cause of my issue. TOM partially listened, assumed and did not even pretend to care to resolve my issue. He attempted to gaslight and manipulate the situation. When I called to follow-up, he pretended to care and acted like he was actively addressing the issue. He only addressed the issue AFTER I followed-up (second time following up) and after I requested to speak with another representative. He presented (once again) with the same unprofessional tone and attitude. Thank you JENNIFER for attempting to resolve my issue. However, as a result of TOM'S unprofessional behavior, I will never return to a Goodyear to have my car serviced.

Look, i'll keep it short and simple. Unless you are an experienced car mechanic, just go ahead and pay the $60 diagnostics fee. Would you rather have a sharpshooter, or would you rather throw darts in the dark? I went with the first option. They isolated the issue with my vehicle, and saved me over $300. I would definitely recommend GoodYear if you are having car issues and need quick, reliable, and excellent service.

Went here awhile back to see about getting my air conditioner fixed in my ford focus anyway my air wasn't fixed and when I calmly and nicely tried to talk to the manager about he was so rude and extremely mean, he kept talking and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, he talked over me and when I finally got to ask a question he was so mean and pretty much blew me off

I went to this Goodyear with an issue regarding my tires. The staff is nice and friendly. However, it was suggested that I get a new tire and get that tire balanced and it would resolve the issue that I was having with my truck. After I got the service, it did not resolve the issue that I have so I spent $300 on a new tire and that was not the problem which is Upsetting because it seems like a waste. Now I have to go to other service centers to try to find out the issue and fix it in which I’ll have to spend more money so my experience was not great monetarily.

Called the fayetteville GA location on Banks Rd. Spoke with John. We discussed several options for the size tires I would need for my camry. This was on Monday 3/6 the tires I wanted needed to be ordered, but I needed to put down a $25 dollar deposit for each tire. AND ON TUESDAY MORNING: My tires were delivered. I also thought I needed brakes? After completing a diagnostic on my brakes. I ended up NOT needing brakes. Ladies, you are well aware when going to most automotive shops. They usually up charge you for items you don't have a real need for your vehicle.I AM EXTREMELY EXTREMELY GRATEFUL TO EVERYONE WHO IS EMPLOYED BY THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION THEY WILL NOT UP CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THAT YOU DO NOT NEED. TOO ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES AT THE FAYETTEVILLE GA BANKS RD LOCATION. WE ARE NOW FAMILY.THANKS,SO MUCH COUSINS.SEE YOU SOON!

The only reason they are getting one stars is because the front desk was polite!! They told me something was specifically wrong with my car when it wasn’t it was a completely different issue. I trusted this place based on the reviews, but I understand this happens. I’m not upset just thought you all should know before spending 110 to even get it looked at!

Horrible oil changes. They say they are inspecting the vehicle but they don’t. Only come here for the tires. You will regret any car maintenance services from here. I was bringing my car here for oil changes for years and always had to bring it right back.
