I was in the Fayetteville Pavilion running errands. I came in to take a look at blinds and I got way more than I expected. I saw a sign for blinds measurement and installment for up to 10 for $150 and I couldnt pass it up. I was quickly taken care of, getting everything explained to me. Natasha was professional and knowledgeable and got me set up right away with scheduling my measurement appointment. Although this location is not the closest to my home, the service made me go ahead and start the process hear.

This location never fails to disappoint. How do you have a garden shop with no one there??? It consistently terrible nursery department if this was hell it would get five stars There is no competition for being terrible at Home Depot. Get the gold medal at this particular location.

worst home depot in the whole state of georgia. they threaten you with the police for parking in loading zone. workers are rude and careless. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOME DEPOT YOULL REGRET IT. home depot needs to stop hiring old women they always have a nasty attitude everyday.

I ordered a fan online at 9 am from this store because the site stated it was 7 in stock. I waited for a text all day for curbside pickup. At 630p I went to the store and a clerk told me it just hadn't been pulled yet. She printed my receipt and I waited for about 15 more minutes. A young man came to me and said that it is 6 on the truck and that I have to come back tomorrow. I told him that 7 showed online at 9a and coming back tomorrow wasn't an option because my air conditioning has went out. He just walked away. I asked the clerk to speak to a manager, who came out about another 15 minutes later and told me something about the inventory showing before the arrival and that I only had two options which turned into three. Come back tomorrow, buy the next fan which was priced almost double the amount of the one I purchased, or just get a refund. I told him none of those were options and he asked me what else did I want him to do? After suggesting that he does what he usually do in this situation, he again stated my only options. I asked for his name and the corporate number which he gave both extremely fast and directly me to get back in line for my refund. I got the corporate number from the next clerk I saw and received excellent customer service from her as well as from the 1800 number. The 2 star rating is given only because of these two people that took care of me last. Needless to say, I went home 1hr and 30 minutes later with a horrible experience from Home Depot online service, curbside options, staff and management but because of the last clerk and the 1800 number service, I also left with a fan. For now on, if and when I use Home Depot, I will stay at the one by my residence whether the product is in the store or not. Fayetteville location will never see my business again

Worst home depo I’ve ever been in. No carte in sight.. can’t find any help at all, and the workers all got attitudes. The fact that I used to work at another home depo I’ve seen many hazard issues that could end up hurting someone. This place needs help majorly!

If I could give a 0 I would. I waited to purchased a dryer in appliances for 45 minutes and no one came. I spoke to six people and they claimed they were getting someone. One guy (with mixed grey hair) in countertops set their talking to another employee and they never offered to help. I eventually just walked out. I'll take my business to Lowes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful I need some plumbing supplies and the young lady on staff was extremely knowledgeable ... all the employees were wearing a mask and that gave me additional comfort

If I can give one star I would!!! Tyler and bisa in the pro services are the worst!!! Im really offended what happened today it was very unprofessional embarrassing and personally I felt like I was racially profiled. I ordered over 1000 dollars worth of material they counted it of course rung in the order and while me and my worker was putting it in the truck Tyler came back to recount and I ask is there a problem and she said rudely my supervisor told me to recount excuse me??? Walked away very nonchalantly like nothing was wrong but anybody else who was outside you didn't recheck them so why just me? Then Tyler is the same one who messed up on a delivery order that took 5 days instead of next day deliever im really appalled and will be calling corporate!!!

racist employees! if you are a white person visiting this store of mostly black employees and customers, you will be treated disrespectfully (if you are not ignored completely). I visited the Fayetteville location on 6-18-20 to purchase several bags of mulch and potting soil. As I approached the aisle, an employee, a young black man, was sitting on a loader(fork lift? whatever) doing nothing; not loading or unloading anything, just sitting there. I nodded and said hello, only to get no response whatsoever... no hello, may I help you... nothing. I am a 60 year old woman. As I struggled to put the heavy bags in the cart, he made no offer to assist ( he was literally sitting 2 feet away) he just sat there and watched me struggle. Seconds later, a young black woman walked up and was getting some of the same items, only now, this man almost broke his neck jumping off the loader to assist her. He then proceeded to load her items for her, asking if there was anything else he could help her with. I asked the cashier working in the garden department if I could speak with the garden dept. manager and was told she didn't know who that was! Eventually, I did speak with someone who said he was a 'supervisor'. His only response was "oh, sorry about that." I would like to remind Home Depot that there are many other places I can do business with, and after this experience, I will not return to this location.

Only giving them one star bc there's no way to give none. Ordered a resin shed and when it came in, the email said, call when you arrive, and we'll bring it out to you. Nice concept, except they don't answer the phone. So far, we're still waiting -- after a half hour -- for the associate to locate our order. We usually avoid HD like the plague and we won't return any time soon.

Came here for an online/curbside order and I was stuck here for well over 25 minutes. I was better off going inside. Shitty customer service. Enough said.

Customer service is awful. I'm not sure if it's because or what the deal is, but it stated off on the phone. Was on hold over 11 minutes before got someone to pick up. It only went downhill after arriving in person.

The manager (Joey in the return area) is always super nice to me and I've seen many great improvements in store quality and customer service ! I shop here a lot more now since the customer service is on point everytime !

This place is pitiful.. .. Never hire this place to do any home repairs.. Called to get 25 windows replaced didn't work out since appointment are often cancelled... I cancelled my 15 thousand dollar; order... Also called to get an estimate for bathroom refurbished,, AGAIN, they couldn't make the initial appointment. AGain.. I cancelled another 23 thousand dollars project from them.. Please take all these reviews in consideration before hiring them to do anything.. .. They are the joke of Fayetteville.
