Just visited the store by a recommendation..was barely greeted by an older white gentleman with glasses..the minute I advised him that I had a workman's comp case and I needed a boot for my injury...I felt he became very short and dismissive when I was inquiring about the process on getting the boot..his attitude was not welcoming towards me at all...will not be returning.....

Was greeted upon entering in my loaner chair from Grady hospital. This is the first store I have shopped since being released from the hospital where my left leg was amputated. My wife and I looked at one of their chairs as we were ignored by both staff members completely. My thought process is a person missing a leg is probably at such a store to make a purchase but hey I’m not them.

I purchased a toilet seat riser from this store on November 14, 2019. Husband was having surgery 5 days later and needed it. Could not find one in several stores and didn't have time to order one online. I paid $74.89, including tax, for a Drive riser. Was told under no circumstances could it be returned after it left the store. The following week after my husband's surgery I went online to Amazon and found the exact seat, brand name and model number, for $34.73 including tax. I feel like the store really ripped me off. A markup that substantial is ridiculous. I am not happy.

This business is super legit..they assisted with all my grandfathers medical equipment needs from lift chairs to hospital bed to a new wheelchair and other items...reasonably priced i would highly recommend them :)

I am not aware of many of you know about this hidden gem in Fayetteville, Ga. I was not aware of it until my daughter was talking with a neighbor about my broken rollator. I visited them on Monday and was assisted the very pleasant and professional Jennifer. I was called on Tuesday morning with what the cost would be and I approved it. My rollator was ready for pickup 10, yes 10 minutes later! If you are in need of medical equipment or repair I highly recommend FREEDOM MEDICAL SOLUTIONS!!!!

Hi, I just wanted to post the staff at Freedom solutions Rocks, we bought a bed for my sister, which is paralyzed on the left side, and the railing and the mattress had to be adjusted, and I have to admit that Jessica and Bill did everything they could to help and satisfy my sister, I am so grateful, Thank you sooooo much. If any one needs medical supplies for their love ones, Freedom Solutions is your place, it more than just a medical supply store, They Care. Once again, Thank you. I had to give them 5 stars

Unfriendly, Unprofessional, Snarky and inconsiderate. "Trust Us With Your Medical Supply Needs" in word apparently but not in deed....Unapologetic for the inconvenience and failure to communicate by both the CSA and Mgr. The inability to provide a small prepaid order doesn't merit trust for larger supply needs. Green spends anywhere along with insurance and ours doesn't need to be spent where there is a blatant disregard and respect for this customer.

Unfriendly, Unprofessional, Snarky and inconsiderate. "Trust Us With Your Medical Supply Needs" is not what they provided for me. I paid in full for an item that was easily ordered and promised it would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. After not hearing from them I went in to check on my prepaid purchase to encounter a defensive customer service rep. who implied I shouldn't have come into the store bc I hadn't been called ; only to then be informed there was a back order of the item until the Nov. 28th. When I asked why no one thought to call me ; she became snarky. No common courtesy or apology for the inconvenience or oversight. I elected not to interact with individual further beyond asking for my refund. The manager was present and he did not even have a modicum of courtesy to come out. I am fortunate to have insurance that affords me the flexibility of being selective about where I buy my medical supplies and this place could not be forthcoming and honest about a simple small purchase; I would never trust them with something substantial. Their motto was a complete misrepresentation in my experience. This place should be a last resort. The color green spends anywhere; you don't have to go somewhere that has selective customer appreciation and service.
