I dropped my package off at Walgreen FedEx drop off site. They had to get someone to FedEx counter. There are no signs directing u . I had to ask cashier. Where the area was located in the store and wait until they could locate an employee for assistance.

The visit to FedEx Onsite located in Walgreens was fine. The main detail that you must know is that this location is NOT full service. You MUST have the label already on your packages!!! They accept them as is and set them aside until the truck comes to their stop to prepare to ship them for you. That is all. Please don't go there like I did thinking that they will generate a label, give an extra piece of tape, give you confirmation or anything like that. The cashier was pleasant and I ended up purchasing some toilet paper and paper towels on sale. Nothing beats a failure but a try. I didn't ship my package, but now I know what to expect at FedEx Onsite... and so do you

Walked inside with a large box and while asking if this is the fedex location the female who was working the counter said yes and immediately cut me off and stated that they don’t take large boxes, by far the rudest fedex location ever, thumbs down
