We took our dog there for four years and paid for prescription food. Despite our loyalty they did not work with us at all when there is a problem. Our dog gets diarrhea every time we take her to be groomed or when we leave to go on vacation. Each time they would make us bring her in and pay for a vet visit to get the meds I need to stop the diarrhea. Each time they would say things like oh we need to test for pancreatitis or test her stool etc. Each time we would agree to the extra test and pay more money. Finally, we asked for an anti-anxiety med to give her before grooming. It did not work and they told us to increase her anti-anxiety med and give her a probiotic. We told them we need something to stop the diarrhea.
We bought the probiotic but wanted the meds we know works for her. They told us that we would have to have several test ran and would no longer give her the meds bc she gets diarrhea too frequently. To not document this as stress colitis and treat it as such seems unethical and makes us wonder if they are just trying to generate fees. Not going back there.

We bring all four of our cats here. We have been coming here maybe two years and have never had a complaint until today. All I requested is that the scale be cleaned before they put my kitten on it. She said they always sanitized the scales after every use. But there is pee in multiple spots!! Whoever the girl is before the Dr. comes in HER!!! She cleaned the area, but with an attitude. Then I asked if she could clip my kittens nails in the room for support. She asked me why!! Ummm just leave the room at this point. I brought it to the Drs. attention about how everyone is always so nice and how the girl was acting and the urine on the scale, her response was, “I wasn’t in here so I don’t know what happened. No, I apologize, Nothing!!!! Just say less, cause at this point I refuse to keep asking for great customer service from those who don’t care.

I drop my pup off at daycare there (1/2 day, but they do offer full days) he can’t wait to get back and play! That’s comforting to me to know that he is happy and in good hands. The staff is super nice and very accommodating! Thank you all for your help!!

Dr. Erin is attentive to my pet's "special needs" and handles it very well! My dog is super anxious, shakes like a leaf, pees everywhere and can get aggressive when at the vet. Dr. Erin devised a plan that would allow his shots to be given without him even realizing what was happening and it was brilliant! The prices can be steep, but for the care and attention my pets get I will continue to see them.

The compassion, empathy, care, and thoughtfulness of our pre visit, during visit, and post visit was unexpected. I'm so thankful how they took care of our late and great Max. Thank you to the fantastic team at Fayetteville Animal Hospital. You guys are top notch.

This was my first visit at this clinic with my 4 year old dog to update his vaccines. My boy is a little fear reactive but I had tried to work with him over the time he's been with me to help make visits easier for everyone. I will admit, I was anxious but prepared for the worst. I wish i remembered the technician's name but she took my dog to the back and they conducted his exam and vaccinations. I wasn't super thrilled but I 100% understand, might I mention that the technician also came to communicate this to me. Communication is awesome, vet care is great and reasonably priced, and even though my Dobby screeched while in the back, overall he actually did a lot better here than he ever has anywhere else. Thank you to the staff and his vet. Y'all really rocked out our appointment and I appreciate you taking care of my troublemaker ❤️

Our dog was vomiting, had diarrhea, and was lethargic. Our other dog was euthanized 2 days earlier for kidney failure. So we were very worried. Went to our normal vet and was turned away because they were busy and offered us to an emergency place which is very good but super expensive. We were going, but then decided to go here (FAH). They listened to what I said and responded with we'll squeeze you in in a few minutes, let's get some info. Less than 15 and we were being seen. They ran blood work right there and had the results in under 20 minutes. He didn't have kidney failure, but did have pancreatitis. He was hospitalized and well cared for. While he was there we were allowed to visit him every morning and late afternoon so the wife could cuddle him for at least 1.25 hours and once almost 2. He recovered very well with them. Such nice people who really care about your pets. Shout out to Dr Osbourne and the ladies which were always there. They are our new vet. Love this place.

Money hungry rip off. After my dog was diagnosed with kidney failure and finally stopped holding her food down, I called and asked for pricing to have her put down. I was quoted 206 or 121 if I wanted to bring her home and bury her. Why was the bill 306? I know the call was recorded so why no call back. This place plays on people’s emotions and their love for their pets just to drain as much money as they can from you.

Great service in our time of need. Our pet would’ve died had he not received the quality of care he received.
