A very cute and quaint venue! My main complaints were:- Half of the circle tables are fully open and half are partially open underneath. I didn't know that prior to my event, so I was a bit disappointed that some would have to sit sideways at the reception.- Microphone would go in and out at important times, which was probably okay with the guests, but annoying for me... the bride.Best Features:- The Space in general with all of its rooms- The deck is huge!Customer Support:- I work in customer support and wanted to ask if they wanted me to work for them! I understand it being busy for sure, but there were some lapse in the team getting back to me.

Went to a co-worker's retirement / birthday party! What a beautiful place to have a celebration! It has a full kitchen and area downstairs. The deck is humongous!!! It also has free parking. I would definitely consider renting it for an event!!!

Great enterprise space. Options for inside and/or outside events. Numerous entryways. Ramp access as well. Kitchen area for food prep and storage.

Beautiful, charming all occassion venue. Perfect for small weddings/receptions, baby showers, etc. Clean, spacious, sink and refrigerator on-site. Very reasonably priced per 5 hour slots. I love it!!

A great place for our corporate dinner! The space was nice and large, the kitchen was well equipped, there is a great sound system, and amazing porches! Beth was so helpful getting the room set up for us and even recommended our caterer. We chose the perfect place!

It's fully integrated sound system is top of the line. It's pricey. They only include 5 tables and 30 chairs for the $600 plus $200 deposit which includes a $50 application fee that's non refundable. But they do offer additional tables at $15 each. I love this space but was dismayed to arrive 25 minutes into my time to find my caterer and daughter's standing outside the venue unable to get in. We were still setting up when our guests began arriving. I had to call but Beth came right away and opened the facility.We had a great graduation party for my 16 year old salutatorian graduate. It's a beautiful space but I do wish they had a stove available because not everyone uses microwaves and there was no dish soap or paper towels provided in the kitchen area. In order to keep back up food warm you would have to bring your own appliance. We were expected to set up and put away chairs and tables unless we wanted to pay an additional$150 for them to set up. We were asked to take all trash to the dumpster which was nowhere to be found so we ended up taking the trash home with us. Overall a good experience but they could offer a little more for the price at least set up and break down of chairs and tables like most facilities do at no extra charge. I will definitely use this facility again.

Hosted my son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at the Fayette Depot in July 2021. The place was clean and extremely gorgeous once we finished decorating. It's a great place to host any event! Beth is excellent an provides excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thanks so much Beth for making my son's wedding rehearsal dinner the absolute Best!!! If you are looking for the perfect event center for a reasonable price please try the Fayette Depot. You will be pleased!!!!
