The manager, Greg (if that’s his real name) at this location is extremely rude and incompetent. No one wears name tags or uniforms at this location and the every one is unprofessional. Will never shop here again.

Everytime I have been in this store the employees have been unfriendly and rude. One of the employees was very disrespectful to my son. The restroom was so filthy. I cleaned the commode just so I could use it. This location is one of the lowest stores I have ever been to.

I love the new store Manager! He is someone that every family dollar needs! Store is always fully stock, great employees, and excellent customer service. He definitely knows how to run a business.

I went to this FD to purchase some items. There was 2 different prices, the price on the merchandise which was clearly in view and the price in the system. The cashier who was working was very rude, unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. The unprofessional cashier was talking on his cellphone while working the register. He didn't care and told me to call Family Dollar with my complaint because it wasn't his job. What is the purpose of your job if you can't provide good customer service? AM shiftpretend that you like your job?

This is not the store that I frequent but it was close to my errands today, but I will never want to go there again. I asked for 2 packs of cigarettes 100s. I was given the wrong ones and after leaving unaware when I returned there is no exchange on cigarettes. I was angry because the cashier didn’t give me what I plainly asked for and I didn’t think to check myself like I do at Walmart because most of the cashiers do not make sure you have all your bags. No exchange or refunds taught me a lesson for sure at every store. Not to mention they did not even have 100s when I took them back I guess she just decided to give me what they had and I really didn’t appreciate that type of service especially when I saw you engaged on your cell phone prior too. Not my favorite FD I’ll stick to my Riverdale location from now on where they know me…
