Everyone here is very friendly, helpful and understanding. I would recommend coming here to everyone that would like to rent from Enterprise that is in the general area. They defiantly strived to make my experience with them stress free and worry free.

I made an online reservation a week or so ahead of pick up. Arrived for pick up only to be told there were no full-size cars available. What's the point of making a reservation? Austin was going to downsize me telling me the only difference between what I reserved and what I was being given was trunk size. Not cool when you are trying to fit an 8-year-old, a booster seat(4), and a car seat(3 mt) in the car. He told me to come back by 12 and he would have a full-size or truck. I went outside to share the news with my husband who was in the car with the 3 kids. He told me to get in the car and he went inside. I'm not exaggerating, within 3 minutes he was walking back out telling me they had a car. Austin must have pulled it out of his a** b/c he had just told me they didn't have any full-size cars for me. I'm not sure what conversation took place but I ended up leaving with a full-size car and I didn't have to come back at noon.A few hours later I was sitting in the drive-thru and just happened to open the overhead sun glass holder and there was marijuana residue in there. I was blown away. I called Enterprise and told them. The lady that answered said she would take care of it upon my return. Whatever that meant. Just imagine, me getting pulled over w/3 kids in the car and weed in the sun glass holder. That could have been real bad.Austin gave me 1/2 off the rental. I rent from this location frequently but wish there were other options in the area. A couple I talked to said the service at the competition down the street was worse.The problem I have had with this location is that they obviously don't thoroughly clean the cars upon return and they don't service them properly. I had a service issue with a rental previously.Maybe I'll just open my own rental car business. Rent at your own risk.

I needed a rental car because my vehicle was being repaired…. I don’t understand why the guy at the front desk need to speak with my insurance on the phone to ask about my coverage. Even the insurance was confused when he asked. The insurance told him it was emailed to Enterprise with the booking. This ordeal took 30 minutes. Other than that frustration the people handling return vehicles were very nice.

I have rented from the Fayetteville location more than once and each time I have experienced promptness professionalism and they are so kind. Chandra was a delight. The vehicles are always clean and checked thoroughly.
