My only problem with this place is the horrible quality of wiper blades they carry. Don't let them touch your wiper blades and you're good!!! Tires, prices and service are all EXCELLENT...but you're never touching my wiper blades again.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Discount Tire across multiple states, including Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia, and I have a warranty on the tires I purchased for my Tesla. I’ve never had to pay to have a spare tire mounted on a rim while waiting for a replacement tire to come in stock—until now, at this particular Georgia location.
To my surprise, I was charged a $22 labor fee, and when I raised this issue with the manager, Mr. Artman, he informed me that I was receiving a “free” tire and that the least I could do was cover the labor fee. This statement was frustrating because the tire isn’t truly free—I paid for an extended warranty, which costs money, and I’ll continue to pay a replacement fee to maintain that warranty.
I’ve never encountered these charges at other locations, and I’m confused as to why this store operates differently. Once my warranty expires, I won’t be returning to Discount Tire, especially after this experience with Mr. Artman.

I stopped by today to have my tire pressure checked I met the nicest most polite young gentleman named Dawson He took his time and gave me some good advice.In today’s world you rarely meet such professionalism and manners like this young man shows to the public. You can tell he was raised this way! He even asked to pray for me! I can definitely see him owning his own store one day! Good luck Dawson and may God continue to Bless You!

My husband and I were traveling from south Texas to the Carolinas. We stopped to check our tire pressure on our motor home and had difficulties trying to inflate our tire at a regular gas station due to a short valve stem. Called AAA and they were no help at all. We had originally had Discount Tire install our tire pressure censors back home so we drove to the local Discount Tire in Fayetteville Georgia. Daniel was extremely helpful and was able to address the issue with the valve stem and make sure that all tires were properly inflated. He was very helpful and kind. Just what we needed in our time of distress. Would definitely recommend Daniel and Discount Tire in Fayetteville GA. ??

I always get my tires from this location. But I wanted to come and give Dawson his "flowers." This is the second time he has helped put air in my tires. He is so courteous and informative. He moves quickly, and educates me on the recommended psi for my tires. Sometimes, if there is someone else, they don't say anything! They fill your tires and you move along. Dawson goes above and beyond.

Professional and unbelievable generosity for high quality work! Car was indicating low pressure for past several weeks and took the car for free air couple of times. Finally took the car last week for evaluation fully expecting for a new tyre installation. Tech worked on car for almost an hour, did the patch and assured me that there's no need for new tire yet. When I asked for the invoice he said its no charge. I felt bad for taking their valuable time and asked for minimum charge and he said that the payment was my waiting!! I was lost in words for their unbelievable generosity. God bless you all. Thank you again ?.
