This place is great I would definitely recommend to family and friends their customer service professionalism, and the whole overall experience was the best I’ve had in a long time. They fixed/repaired one of my vehicles as well as sold me a 2017 Audi Q7 definitely will be back.

Scammers they don’t even process paperwork to dmv I bought a car that hasn’t had emissions since Feb 2020 can’t even register the car they don’t even have the titles to the cars the sell

Dang I really supported this car lot . Rashad was a Facebook friend I met thru a lot of other friends. I bought a van from him . Radio didn’t work he gave me the run around . He handled me any kind of way. Still till this day no radio. On a more serious note I been calling him cause I can’t get tags. He I am stuck paying a car note no tags. The tag ppl said all this was under a new name? What is going on ? I am calling him and Roy no answer. The tag ppl says it no paper work in system . All I want is some communication and answers.Do not I repeat do not go here . I was not a random person . They know me

I purchased a BMW from the a little over a month ago,I paid cash and still haven’t received my tags,when I call Roy the sales guy,he doesn’t pick up the phone,and when I call the company directly, I go straight to a automated voice saying number not in service

This place is BS I purchased my car in February and still haven’t received my title they kept telling me it’s processing had to go to DMV to see why I didn’t receive my tag just for them to tell me Direct Auction Sales canceled my paperwork minutes after I purchased the car had to call police also then the salesman told me to do what I got to do never been able to talk to Mr. Chad who sold me the car and so kindly accepted all cash payment for the car or Roy who Supposedly reprocess the paperwork just a lot of fraudulent activities going on… still waiting on title today??♀️???♀️???

Advertised a price for 11,700 then I test drove it and it had a noise and even took the salesman with me and he was surprised as well. They said we want our mechanic to look at it and it will be a week. Then 7 days later they said mechanic couldn't find anything wrong and oh yea the price will go up to 14,500 and the issue is still there. I have screen shots and sent to my lawyer. I was going to buy this for my son and he is now devastated. My lawyer said he is going to have fun with this because false advertising and not fixing the issue and raising the price 3k. BAD MOVE!!! I really wanted to get this car but now I am reading the reviews of this place I am very much so second guessing it. I sent them my lawyers response and they still listed it and didn't call or contact me back. They said it was a mistake but no way when the car started out at 12,999 then price reduced to 11,799. Funny how the internet keeps track of this and in Georgia this is against the law!!

If you are reading this Do Not Buy a Car HERE!!!! They are liars. Chad and his brother lied when l bought my car. I asked about the light on in my Mercedes. They said Mechanic changed brakes but forgot to put on sensors. When l took it to be fixed, my mechanic said brakes had not been changed.. They were old. When l brought the issue to them they said someone else had lied to them. Fast forward a couple months, l paid my car off $10,000 and l have since been waiting on the title for the last 2 months. I had to argue with co-owner about how to get it. It is ridiculous. When l asked about the title they said, it's the states fault l don't have the title, even though they were the lien holders. We called Chad and he told his partner, it's their responsibility to get title to me, he still contended it's not their fault and l still don't have it. They are unorganized, uneducated about their business, slickesters. Let me reiterate Do Not Buy a Car Here. You will be sorry in the end.

I only have two stars cause they helped with processing my payments. But overall the service and advertising on the vehicle I purchased was completely false. Had to spend over 3,000$ extra just because they said nothing was wrong with it. Literally just want your money , because they have no clue on what they talking about. Especially Jackie. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone just because they don’t have full facts in the cars they sale. I can literally go in and on but at this point . Be careful
