Horrible bank and horrible customer service. Nothing but a headache since I opened accounts with them. Will be closing accounts ASAP. They lie to you and do not tell you everything about their bank when you first open accounts. For example, they sent me ATM cards but when I went to ATM to use them, it would not let me. I called and was told I had to wait 30 days before I could use them. They NEVER told me that and it was not on the information sent with my ATM cards either. How dumb is that? What bank sends you cards but then does not allow you to use them for what they are for? I also had money transferred from my regular bank to a MM account at DCCU and it is now lost in space. My bank says the transfer is completed but DCCU says they don't have it. I hate the stress and stupidity of this bank. Definitely will not ever do business with them again once I get my money back from them that is "lost" apparently.

A great bank if you love having your money stolen! This place will take 35$ at random, regardless if you’re about to overdraw or not. If you made the mistake of signing up through Delta be sure to keep a close eye on what they’re stealing out of your account!

My only complaint is not being able to get through to a specific representative even when I'm given the extension number. The recordings do not give you the option to enter the extension number. Other than that, the reps are courteous and very helpful.

My son and I handled some business at the Stockbridge Branch and had opportunity to work with an outstanding customer service representative named Nicole P. Wow....what a great young lady. Please hire more tellers! Wait times are really bad and lines go around the inside of the building. Getting service at the DMV is a faster experience. The tellers are all very friendly and great but there needs to be more to help people get quicker service and not have to feel rushed to let others get service as well.

I had the most pleasant experience working with Deborah E. today. I came in to get paperwork done for an auto loan and I left with so much more. She gave me great financial advice and helped me to understand how I can get the most out of being a member of Delta Community CU. I have been a member for 8 years and I have never had such great service. Thank you so much Deborah.. I look for to working with her again!!

I went to the bank yesterday and went through the drive-thru to deposit some money, there was only four cars in line and three drive-ups stations were open. I sat there for about 15 or 20 minutes no one ever came on the speaker to say hello or anything and I could hear people in the background talking. The young black female sent the money down and the deposit slip and said here you go have a good day! So I sent it back and told her that I wanted to get my balance and I wanted large bills. To me this was really bad customer service because there was no greeting or anything to make sure that the customer was getting what they wanted. I got out of the drive-thru line and went around and went into the bank and there was so many people waiting and as I walked up to the service desk the young lady at the desk did not respond or say hello or anything and I just said this place is really a mess today and it looks like we got a lot of young people there so the customer service that I am used to getting at this bank is null and void, I also guessed that more people are going inside because they don't want to sit in the Drive-Thru line forever waiting and I think what would speed up services if they would take away the bank slips so that way people won't sit in the drive-thru lines filling out slips and it will make the service move faster. Not satisfied with the service I got at my bank!?

Excellent customer service IF you have to go inside. ATMs are always working and we love the convenience of there being MORE than one drive up ATM. We do all of our banking with DCCU since BEFORE they split from Delta Airlines. Mortgage, checking and savings. Highly recommend.

Maybe if you would take these deposit slips out of the drive thru, you might have faster lines. After sitting in line for 20 minutes, the d*** girl in front of me got up to the teller and had to dig for a pen, then fill out her slip! Good grief! Just a suggestion... tell your customers to grab a few slips for future visits. I am not one to review but this is just ridiculous!

Excellent customer service! One of the few banks that have a notary public on site all day, every day that they are open for business. We were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I have been with the credit union since 2014 and always receive top-notch service, plus the folks there are always so friendly.

I love my bank. The employees are very helpful. However, the availability of service is terrible! Something needs to be done about the drive-through and being able to bank inside. The situation that happens every Saturday makes me want to leave the bank.

I have been a member of DCCU for ove 20 years. I opened a business account recently, and on the 21st of October I moved money into what was supposed to be my personal account (my paycheck). The banker that handled the transaction put my money into the wrong person's account after verifying me through my driver's license. I called the 800 number to get it fixed and was told that it can't be fixed until tomorrow. This is absolutely unacceptable.
