Worse service ever at the pharmacy Josalyn is NOT someone that should deal with customers. She doesn't want to wait on customers at all. She told me my husband's pharmacy bill was 636.00, I looked thru the prescriptions before she rang them up and told her there wasn't 600.00 worth there. She said there was 10 prescriptions there and it was 636.00. I told her to look again and the one that was 520.00 was still in the bin. After she rang it up I asked her did they not fill all of them and she just huffed at me. I picked the bag up and walked out. TODAY I am on the path to change pharmacies if she stays there. Management please look at her dealing with your customers!!!!.

My CVS Shopping Experience was good and pleasant from the moment of entering the store, completing my purchases, and then exiting. The shopping atmosphere was nice and quick. Lastly, the associates were very informative and kind, as they normally are.

I had the best customer service with Ms. Megan; whereas, she took the time out of her busy schedule to assist me with my service. Also, her personality was exceptional! This is what outstanding customer service looks like! Thanks Ms. Megan! Well done!

I went to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription and sat in the drive through for 45 mins. No one even acknowledged and asked can they help me. This is THE WORST CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They are very rude and the customer service is horrible. They need to close it down! The manager of this store needs to be fired! It doesn't even deserve a rating period!

If this CVS is not going to have enough workers to work the drive-thru they should shut it down and get some management that knows how to run the store and run a drive-thru

Took almost 5 minutes of ringing for someone to answer. Took 5 seconds to ask my question and hang up. Customer service is surely lacking in this particular CVS location. Also, prescriptions are filled without asking, wrong prescriptions filled. Waiting for an hour or more on the pharmacy line to speak to anyone clearly shows severe disorganization, lack of full, competent staff and poor communication. I’m a pharm tech at a 4 star CVS. Which literally stands for Customer Value Standards. Step it up or close it down. Sounds like new stricter regulations from management, intervention, store meetings write ups, always people looking for a job. Js.

Horrible!!!! Per usual with CVS. I am waiting at the drive thru no on comes a lady finally say over the intercom after waiting 10mins I'll be with you. I explained I'm on my lunch she agates I'm the only one here and I'm working with 2 people in front of you! CVS is by far thee worse place to get medicine from. The pharmacy department is ALWAYS RUDE. THERE IS ALWAYS A LONG WAIT, THERE IS NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Awful! This location doesn't answer the phone AT ALL! ITS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

The customer service is horrendous. I was on hold for an hour and a half. A gentleman picked up the line after about 25 minutes. I could hear shuffling and moving things around. I said, “Hello,” a few times. He final picked up and said, “Please hold.” That hold went for a whole hour. I can’t imagine if an elderly patient called using their government issued phone with limited minutes. This shows no considerations or respect to the customer’s time or pharmaceutical needs. I’m very disappointed. I’m sure you’re wondering how it all ended. Well, I’m still on hold now. I’m about to hang up and try again. While I waited, I decided to write a review because I really can’t believe this is what consumers get from CVS in Fayetteville, Georgia.

On the phone right now trying to speak to someone and no one has answered the phone. It’s been 25 minutes and counting. Someone just picked up the phone and hung up. I’m livid!!!!!

Physicans take note: Unfortunately the pharmacy at this location seems to be overworked and understaffed, poor communication, lack of responsiveness, lack of stock and a general harried atmosphere can lead to possible negative outcomes for patients. I would recommend transferring your prescription if possible to another location until management fully staffs the pharmacy for the work load they are experiencing.

I excited to have this CVS location open after dealing with the unprofessionalism of Raven Jordan at the 107 pavilion CVS in Target they seemed excited to be back in the store and it’s so convenient having a drive thru when you have to use a wheelchair to get around

This location finally reopened. It was closed due to an accident by a delivery truck, from what was stated by others, months ago. So now they are starting to rebuild and stock up the store. Very nice pharmacy staff, and employees.I love CVS, so hopefully this location will be able to assist other consumers and Yelpers. :-)If I'm in the area, I will stop by and purchase more items that I need.

This particular location was a rare find to which actually had full stock of the various products they offer. The store was clean and in perfect operational manner. Impeccable service and with knowledgeable attendants in cashiers cubicles, it was accessible for the handicapped with ample parking the operations of their doors were accessible without any complications, there we're not long lines, visibly, once you have entered and I personally noticed the check out stations. The end caps and aisles were dusted and organized. The overhang descriptions of the isles products were sized to accommodate the seeing impaired. Although, they still do not cater to the legally blind there were helpful employees available. The pharmacy area and its employees were action ready and performing their tasks quite efficiently. It did not appear to be a significant number of patrons waiting on their prescriptions.
