I’d like to give a shout out to Kortney the manger for doing an excellent job of answering my questions and for being so friendly and amazing. If I ever needed anything she was always there to help me. She has excellent customer service and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you again Kortney, you’re the best.

I stopped by this location to see about renting a unit today & I meet Kortney. She is very knowledgeable when it come to her job. I am planning on renting next month, just because of her. I really like how your company is virtual. I can't wait to be a new tenant here.

I am a tenant here, & Ms. Kortney is the best!!! She helped me sign my lease because I was having difficulties on the IPad. The virtual counter was different for me, but I do like how simple it made my move in. Great job ?. I wish I could give Ms. Kortney 10 stars if I could!!!

I'm a new to leasing at this facility. It's very clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I feel safe, there are Cameras and monitors that you can see yourself when you walk into the door. Customer service rep Keisha and Dakota called to make sure that I received the promotion that I had concerns about. Thank you for great customer service.

I walked in the office in Fayetteville. A virtual manager came online and I did everything in a matter of 15-20 minutes. From the viewing of the sample unit to picking my own, going thru the application and adding payment. The process was seamless. Thank you all.

I was apprehensive about utilizing this facility after reading the reviews, however I am glad I did. I moved in on a Sunday when they were closed. I signed up online to secure my unit and utilized the chat option for any question I had regarding moving in. They responded promptly and even called to make sure I didn't have any additional questions.
I did have some minor issues with billing that took several people to resolve. Luckily the last person in spoke to was Zach, he was the only one who knew the reason for the additional charge and quickly adjusted the bill. He was patient, professional and most important knowledgeable. I'm grateful for his assistance.
Lastly, when moving your stuff in, bring a portable battery operated fan. The facility claims to be climate controlled but the only place I felt the AC was in the restroom and the lobby of the main office. I quickly moved my belonging in and brought a fan with me the next time when I had to rearrange placement.

This storage facility falsely advertises 24-hour access and charges customers extra for this service, yet consistently fails to provide it. Despite paying the additional fee, I have repeatedly been unable to access my unit after hours. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a blatant rip-off.

FOR 2 WEEKS I HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE SEVERAL ISSUES WITH MIDGARD STORAGE AND I PROMISE THIS WILL ALSO BE POSTED ON GOOGLE REVIEWS TO LET OTHERS KNOW NOT TO DEAL WITH MIDGARD! I CALLED INITIALLY 6/29 BECAUSE I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH GETTING ON THE WEBSITE TO COMPLETE SET UP TO PAY THE BILL AUTOMATICALLY. WHILE DO SO I RAN INTO A PROBLEM LOGGING IN MIDGARDS WEBSITE AND NOT ABLE TO MOVE FORWARD. I ENTERED THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO ME UPON STARTED THE STORAGE ACCT AND IT STILL WOULD NOT CONFIRM ME ONLINE. I WAS TOLD ON 6/29 A MESSAGE WOULD BE SENT TO CALL ME DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS ON MONDAY 7/1 AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. SO I CALLED BACK ON 7/4 AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING THAT A MESSAGE WAS SENT AND SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. THEN I CALL AGAIN ON 7/16 STILL TRYING TO ATTEMPT TO TALK MANAGEMENT AND THE FRONT LINE IS OF NO HELP AT ALL NOR DID THEY TAKE MESSAGES AS THEY TOLD ME. I CALLED ONCE AGAIN ON 7/11 BECAUSE I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING NOT A PHONE CALL, NOT AN EMAIL!! JUST NOTHING AND NOW MIDGARD EXPECTS ME TO PAY A LATE FEE FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE IN CONTACTING TO RESOLVE A VERY SIMPLE. NOW I HAVE TO GET THE LAW INVOLVE BECAUSE MIDGARD HAS LOCKED MY PERSONAL POSSESSIONS DUE TO THEIR OWN ERROR AND IRRESPONSIBILITY TO CALL ME BACK TO RECTIFY THIS MATTER. I CAME TO THE OFFICE TODAY AND STILL NOTHING CHANGED SO I HAVE CONTACT MY ATTORNEY AND WILL FOLLOW THAT WITH CALLING FAYETTE COUNTY POLICE TO FILE A REPORT AGAINST MIDGARD STORAGE.
