This is the worse store ever in fayetteville! The customer service horrible by staff in this place. I purchased item today and they were stale and I asked to speak with manager because I stayed in store to check products and they were hard and stale! I was provided with manager Shawn phone number and called him! He was nasty and rude and told me never to shop there again! Wow after I spent my hard earned money for some sale products that were over priced! I will be contact corporate office today! I have had a previous bad experience at this store before this will be my last time visiting cornerstone chervon. O don't care how many customer come back they definitely lost a customer in me how could they be so nasty I been in customer service for more than 15 years stay away from this place if your looking to be treated with respect they just want your money!

I had the worse possible experience the first time i stop coming to this store whoever manages/owns this store is so nasty!!! only one person i spoke with after i had to contact corporate was nice, today i go in to this store hoping to make a tabacco product purchase a product which cost me $5 which is normally $1.99 or $2.49 i asked the person behind the counter before purchasing is the item stale or old and he proceeds to say no so i paid for the item stayed in store to open it and it was stale!! hard a bricks!! so i asked the guy for a refund he says no refunds or exchanges, but the sign on the window states check item before you leave no exchanges and refunds. which means if i never left the store it should be refunded or exchanged!! i then proceed to ask for a for manager number and was provided. SO i called the manager ***** at ************ and when i called him to request a refund or a solution he stated to me in a nasty voice dont buy from our store again and hung up! i'm calling corporate office today to report this it not my fault that they are selling stale tabacco items to people then have a nerve to say no refunds all products purchased by this company should be refundable if it is stale hard or not good especially if i stayed in the store to check before leaving! i will not stop until this is resolved im so disappointed the staff is very nasty and rude here and this is my second time coming in here!!! treat people how they want to be treated just because your compnay purchansed an item from this other compnay doesnt mean i shouldnt get my money back from the compnay i paid for my products!!! STAFF get score of F from me im very upset terrible staff here honestly and i was so nice when i called him ***** you need to learn customer service skills and how to treat people a litte better!

My dad has lived in this area of Fayetteville since 1998. This gas station has been here for awhile. I just recently started actually going here in the last 2 years. I don’t know why I haven’t been going here. Yes it may be just a gas station to some but they don’t even know they are becoming like family to me. They consistently deliver acts of kindness, knowledge, and good conversation. They are so respectful. I literally avoided chevrons because of the history of most of them withholding mean employees. It makes a difference in people’s day to have kind people. Thank you all for being so kind. As long as y’all stand, every time I’m in Fayetteville y’all will always get my service! Super cool and nice people.

Pump 7 & 8 non ethanol option gas. Filled the tank with non ethanol and added octane booster to full tank. Reset computer codes and after 100 miles of driving the system is clean from corn debris and the code reader had all green lights. Passed emmisions without changing catatlytic converter.

No receipts.... ever?! Ok so I've filled up cars tanks on several occasions, at different times, on different days, on different pumps. However never have I been able to get a receipt straight from the pump always ''receipt ready inside'' Really? If am on a hurry and need a receipt don't count on even getting one from this gas station. Very cheap of them to not ever be able to provide the very basic of things.

Last night I stopped to fill up at this location and couldn't remember the pump number I parked at. With money in hand, I told the attendant I needed to fill up at the pump where my black SUV was parked, but didn't know the pump number. The gentleman then proceeded to say, "That's a dumb-xxx thing to do. I can't see outside, it's dark- how am I supposed to know what pump that is?!" Needless to say I was humiliated, outraged, and walked out without purchasing gas. I will never again spend money at this station. (It took everything within me not to punch this idiot in the face.)
