There is never a sense of urgency from staff when there is an overflow of customers in line. If you must go to this location go in the morning.

Everyone is short staffed yet this Burlington has got to be the absolute slowest when it comes to ringing people up. They can have 4 cashiers at once and you will wait 3 times longer than you will at Ross with 1 cashier. I’m a patient person but they take slow to a whole new level. Only had two people ahead of me today, 3 cashiers, and I waited in line 25 minutes. Nobody had overflowing buggies.

The lines are always a mile long, because they always seem to be running a skeleton crew. Today, like many , there was only one cashier. I put my items back and left. Another cashier arrived as I was leaving and slowly got to work.

Do you know how many times I have left all of my merchandise at the front because of the crazy line? It's ALWAYS long no matter when you go. One register open and the line is wrapped around a 20 minute wait!? Lack of help is not the problem because as you are standing in line numerous employees are visible either restocking or wandering around the front but are never called to ring!!

Home section is terribly picked over and lines are always a mile long. Hire more staff and put them on the registers. 45 minutes is too long to wait to check out a couple items.

My sister had brought some hair products and she said they were oh she’s a licensed cosmetologist so we bought them in Mableton but I brought them back to Fayetteville because that’s why I live the older lady in the store. She was a supervisor she say the manager was there and today is Juneteenth, she was telling me that the products was used. I told her only one was used. The other one was old. My sister said it was old it because it didn’t have a top on it. It didn’t come with a top on it. She would not except it back. She said her manager would not accept it, but she wasn’t even. As someone attitude flies out with you, your attitude flies up with them if your stuff is being sold with that top why can’t you take it back without a top merchandise and it shouldn’t have been like that anyway I need a response cause I need to return this the Fayetteville location I’m tired of store is not having business but something is not right in there selling it. They should be able to take it back.

This location is always under-stocked and understaffed. Be prepared to dig thru picked over, damaged and unorganized merchandise to find what you're looking for. The reason for the one star is not even because of that.. its because the store manager unapologetically refused to let me do an even exchange for an item with a receipt for a different size and without standing in the mile long line I JUST got out of. I said ok.. if thats your policy would you be willing to open your register to do the even exchange since you insist on scanning my receipt even though you can see it here in my hand? She said emphatically "NO I'm not about to open my register for that. You need to stand in line". Meanwhile she is fixing purses on a shelf while the 3 cashiers to the 8 total registers get swamped, but swears what she was doing was of the utmost importance. So here we are.. petty is a 2-way street Miss Manager.

They only had two fitting rooms open and available :( waited, and waited, and waited!! Lines are ridiculous for check out. Prices are good, and selection is okay - need more sizes in each style. Love my new shades!!

1 Register ARE YOU SERIOUS! Long line and only one person on a register. If I didn’t absolutely need what I came to buy I would have left it in the store.
