Lady at the drive thru window at 12:30 had a nasty attitude and got mad cause she got my order wrong I ordered cheesy tots and it taste like regular tater tots hardly any cheese I will not return very outdated food tasted

My husband ordered on the mobile app at 11pm so we could eat on our way home, an hour before they closed. We get there not too long after placing the order so I’d say around 11:15pm and we get to the speaker. The customer service is already not great but that’s fine not worried about it because it’s late I get that, but the worker then proceeded to tell us they don’t have meat for our order. Ok, tell us how we can get a refund. The worker is not giving us a solid answer on how to get a refund for our food. We park trying to figure it out and their website says we can’t get a refund so we go back to the window to get some more help on the situation. A second worker tells us something completely different and that they are closed and cleaning up so they can’t do anything, says “bye” from what I heard and slammed the window. The first worker we were talking to at the speaker comes back up with an attitude saying “what do you want me to do I can’t pull money out of my drawer”. We just wanted some assistance on getting the refund. I still have no clue if I’m getting that refund because the app has already confirmed and processed and hasn’t changed. Their afternoon shift is lovely though, just don’t recommend going at night.

Out of half of the menu, had no Coca-Cola, and it literally took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru... the only saving grace was the food.

This was the slowest BK I have been to. I assume they were short-handed. I waited in line, then was put on hold when I got intercom, then had to pull over to park. When I thought she was coming to give my order, she was coming to take my order again!! I placed my original order on the app. The cashier and the girl bringing food out was very nice. The intercom needs to be updated. It looks really old and doesn't show your order. The Whopper bread was hard. I didn't enjoy it, plus i asked for no onions, and they put mad onions on it. I will avoid this location.

Horrible experience, establishment was dirty, waited 45 minutes for a #1 whopper W/ cheese and a frie and the reason was told that they ran out of meat after the wait. Then I observed an employee on his cell phone cursing to who ever he was talking to and another employee eating with one hand and cooking with the other. will definitely advise others to AVOID THIS BURGER KING AT ALL COST!

Hours are listed until midnight. Arrived at 11:30 and was told “yeah we’re closed for the night. If you have an Uber, DoorDash or mobile order just cancel it. We not making anything else tonight.”

Waited in line for around 15 minutes. I said hello?! And she said one minute. Waited another 3 minutes, and said hello again. She got an attitude and said one minute again. So I said it's been 15 already. Are y'all on break? We argued back and forth, and she ended up telling me to get out of her line. So I honked (a lot) as I left. Also, two of the young men went outside to smoke, and one definitely looked like a teenager.

I usually don't review fast food restaurants because the bar is already low, but I didn't think it would go this low. The wait was excessively long getting to and at the window. Once I finally made it to the window, the person at the window was more concerned with talking to coworkers than working and didn't even pause her conversation to hand me a drink. She just stuck the drink out the window while turned sideways talking to a coworker. It almost hit the ground but I was able to snatch it before she dropped it. Ordered medium fries with my meal and received two small orders. It's probably the same amount of fries, but one order was burnt and cold and the other was undercooked, warm and greasy. The burger tasted burned. It was much too long of a wait for food that was not good.

I just want to say who manages this place? Or who runs this franchise location? Because they need to step it up. It's always extremely slow here. Every time it takes me 30 minutes to get my food. Please bring in a manager that cares!

Extremely Rude . Would not
