Great place to take your car to when a accident occurs

I was highly insulted. I've had my car repaired at Wren's at the PTC location from the last time someone hit my car.
The service was superb at that location.
Recently someone hit my car and I took it to their new Fayetteville location.
The estimate was wrote up from damages that needed to be repaired at the Fayetteville location.
The manager in Fayetteville writes the estimate to give to my insurance company for repairs and payment.
In His Verbage He Says in the estimate that She Claims that Her Window Was Cracked From Accident.
I'm trying to figure out what are you insinuating that She Claims? I was highly insulted and call my insurance company which took less then 3min for them to say that they will pay for the window and call Wren's in Fayetteville to replace the window.
I'm still trying to figure out what he was insinuating when he put on the report, She Claims really!!!
I will never vist this location again and tell all my friends not to come to this location, which is sad because I originally was very pleased with the service I received from the Peachtree City location.
They're not there to Insult their customers or insinuate anything. They're there to repair the vehicles and if there is a challenge with someone enlightening them to what needed to be repaired, there's no reason for him to say to your Insurance Company They/She Claims.
It's one thing to say the claim numbers is 123 etc., when someone says "They Claims" you're Insinuating that there's a problem with what the other person is saying.

I absolutely loved this shop the moment I walked in. They were highly recommended by my insurance company but I had the final say where I chose to have my repairs done. I’m glad I chose Wren’s. Valerie greeted me with a warm smile & assured me that they would do a great job. And that they did! They communicated throughout the entire process; keeping me informed with the details and the progress. The highlight of this experience was my vehicle being ready a week earlier than originally scheduled!
Valerie, Michael, Adam, Lemetriua and Mike are simply awesome!! Thank you for going above & beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with choosing them with my vehicle.

The use used parts for insurance claims. They fixed my side mirror and it’s shaking bad when I drive on the expressway. I told them and he said he works fix it, it’s months later they still haven’t fixed it so definitely be careful going to them

Excellent service. They communicated with me through the entire process via texts/calls and made what would be a stressed circumstance extremely easy. They even washed my car during the repairs.

I recently wrecked my car and chose Wren’s of Fayetteville because they were a State Farm approved body shop. Unfortunately, this was a horrible choice. They accepted my vehicle immediately and told me they would call me once they completed the estimate. Due to the nature of the damage, i was adamant about giving me a call before finalizing the estimate. To no avail, the estimator never called me back. I had to call him. In addition, he totaled out my car while it was drivable. I told the estimator the estimate seemed extremely high considering the nature of my front-side damage.
I took my vehicle to 3 different body shops and they all came in at least half the price of Wren’s. I chose the best estimate and i was able to keep my car. I do not recommend Wren’s due to their unprofessional response time and exorbitant pricing.

Great Customer Service. Great communication and integration with insurance and rental companies.
Great commitment to fixing my vehicle.
The Not So Good:
I had to bring the vehicle back for another visit so that it could be fixed properly.
