The employees here are always so friendly. Great customer service and a real "neighborhood convenience store," despite being so close to downtown Fayetteville.

I moved to Fayetteville one year ago, this BP Station is in my route, the clerk was sooo very nice and considerate, letting me know about near grocery stores, and so pleasingly to talk with. Also BP ON GLYNN STREET, is so helpful too!!! Nice clerks!

Nawaid is the best clerk ever!! The customer service is the best ! I truly appreciate him ! He make me feel like family ! I love the store ! Clean and the customer service is the best !!

The owner of this station is very rude and nasty. I brought a bag of chips for $2.50. Opened them as soon as I got in the car and they were stale. I went right back in there and told him.that they were stale. He threatened to call the police on me and I am a military police. Watch out for bad service. He would not let me exchange it for another bag. Very racist

One of my co-workers loves this BP. He lives within walking distance and uses them frequently for drinks, snacks. He would definitely give it 5 stars. For me, the location is challenging to get into and out of and the prices for snacks and drinks inside were pretty high when I was there earlier this week. I don't have strong feelings regarding customer service either way.

Big fat lady at the counter watched me from the time I opened the door & all around the store! Once I got to the counter, I asked do you all have a lot a theft? I answered by saying why? I told her because you are watching me like a hawk, there was a guy at the counter who said….don’t fell bad, she did me the same way! Sad!!! She, literally said well don’t come in here, we don’t need your services, how rude! No…We’ll I’m sorry mam, we do have theft or just a simple sorry!Go loose some weight & learn better English & customer service skills!!!

Please listen to the reviews. The old man is racist and stay clear. When we pulled up he looked out the window and gave us a cold hate look…. Really should’ve turned around then. Got my items I wanted and of course he didn’t even say hello…. I am saying to myself if you don’t like people that do not have your slim color, then oh well! I will NEVER EVER spend my money there! It’s not worth getting involved in mess. He told my boyfriend he is not a citizen of Fayetteville because he’s not civilized. This could’ve went left but we are professionals and ignore people who are racist. I am seeking professional advice due to this occurred to many times and BP has NOT corrected the issue. All we can do is pray for him! Go to another gas station and move forward!

They will not let you in after 10PMThe cashier saw me walking through the parking lot and locked the door on me,Probably one of the weirdest experiences I have ever had....I am writing this for the sake of the owner: this kind of thing is exactly why I have my own fears about hiring other people into my businessI am rather appalled at the moment...Just change your hours!
