Yvette did an outstanding job helping us with our taxes. We sat down with her at her office and she went way above and beyond to take care of our tax needs. We live in Alabama and she could have easily done this meeting via zoom, but we were in the ATL area and decided to go by the office. Outstanding service!!!! Thank you!!

To say that Yvette is the best is an understatement! I sought her assistance to take a review of my business and personal taxes after a phone consultation. She was very thorough in addressing errors made by my previous tax preparer, discussing and making sure I understood the solutions, and amending both returns so that they were corrected. I will definitely be back to file my returns next year.

So disappointed. I wanted to support them but they didn’t support me, a paying customer! 1)bad advice 2)After they finish your taxes good luck trying to get ahold of them, had the nerve to request another $900 just to answer a single question (which they should’ve answered while they were preparing my taxes 3) After they did my taxes I ended up getting a BILL from the IRS! So they did something wrong and because of that I owe hundreds + interest to the IRS. Go with them if you want a wam bam thank you ma’am and cross your fingers you don’t get a tax bill from the IRS. Don’t go with them if you want things handled with care and 100% confidence things will be right with the IRS.

Good or bad, Yvette will shoot you straight and honestly. She tells you what you NEED to hear and not what you want to hear. She's a very knowledgeable woman. Lucky to have her. Now going on my 4th year of using her for my tax needs.

Best tax service ever! First time my taxes were actually explained to me and what I was doing wrong for so many years. I had someone prepare my taxes and my husband’s to only find out we owed over 17k! We were both skeptical about this and told that person not file our taxes. Yvette's customer service was excellent. She was very patience in explaining the tax process; she worked with us to ensure our tax filling resulted in some tax refund. She went above and beyond to educate us on the new student loan program (SAVE).
