Good or bad, Yvette will shoot you straight and honestly. She tells you what you NEED to hear and not what you want to hear. She's a very knowledgeable woman. Lucky to have her. Now going on my 4th year of using her for my tax needs.

Yvette's customer service was excellent. She was very patience in explaining the tax process; she worked with us to ensure our tax filling resulted in some tax refund. She went above and beyond to educate us on the new student loan program (SAVE).
