Terrible customer service and Zero accountability from a "Manager". I came in for a simple return and was sent for a loop of confusion by assistant manager Sheila M and her upper manager. I paid for 2 products via Apple Pay and was told I needed to contact my bank or wait til tomorrow for someone else to figure out why I couldn't get a refund when putting my card in. The manager that was assisting via phone was shutting everything down without taking a second to fully understand the issue. Your original payment method should always be your refund method. I paid Apple Pay but was told to insert my card for refund. When that didn't work (by design) I was told to go to another store across town and try there. The employee at the second store kindly called the original store and taught them how to do a refund for Apple Pay. I then had to drive back across town to original store to try this again. Before I could get a word in at original store I was prompted with questions about who I spoke with at the other store, why are they calling and telling me what to do at this store, did they have on a red or grey shirt, if it doesn't work you won't get a refund because I already spoke to my district, etc. I gave her the return ticket and she threw it in the trash like she didn't need it. Just for her to turn around needing and searching for it for 15minutes. She finally got the return pulled up and rudely told me to come to different register to try again. Same scenario, I wasn't prompted with Apple Pay option UNTIL another employee hit a button on the screen for it. I proceeded with Apple Pay and everything was a success. The manager never spoke to me again and the other employee gave me my receipt. There was no sorry for the inconvenience, no accountability for sending me all over the place, no have a good day. No words at all. Complete silence as i got my receipt and left. I never leave reviews unless it was just that terrible of an experience. This absolutely took the cake. Please implement training for customer satisfaction, soft skills, empathy, ACCOUNTABILITY, and how to work the register. Something this simple should have never escalated the way it did. We are all human, we make mistakes, we all have problems, you never know the kind of day someone is having, so always try to lead with kindness and respect. Wishing the next customer a better experience.

This is my first go-to on the auto parts store list. Every $20 you spend they give you a point. 5 points get you $20 to spend in the store. I have saved up points before to pay for things without money! No other auto part store has a reward system this good!! Go to Autozone first! See guy there my friend!!

My car battery died when I was an hour away from home. Friendly samaritan gave me a boost off. I went right to AutoZone and they did a battery check. I had a bad battery. They replaced it for me in less than 20 minutes. I'm very grateful for their promptness.

HORRIBLE experience ever! I TOTALLY FELT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. The nasty store manager was rude for no reason when I came in for a check engine light inspection. Another worker did it for another customer. But when it came to ME, I had to do it “self service” on my own. And when I asked why the other worker did it for the other lady she said she was going to “deal with him” so “do I want to do it or not”. They pick and choose who they want to help, and who they want to give “self service” too. SAD BUT TRUE! I walked clean out because I could have really WENT there with that disgusting woman. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! POOR MANAGEMENT! Corporate has been called. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. Wonder where the old store manager went cause this one is just as NASTY as she looks!

I visited for a return of freeon and the manager-female advised female clerk no refund if it has been used. Advised not used as it didn’t work can was still full. Then I asked if someone can perform check engine light. She advised it’s self check. I asked when did this start? Since Covid was her reply. The clerk provided the check apparatus and told me it was easy to use and gave instructions. When I returned it to store, the manager grabs it with no gloves and provided print out. But never tried to assist with performing check and I’m still baffled at they stopped since Covid but not one time did she wipe the checker off before she placed it on machine for results. So my question is since you no longer perform self checks, when do you practice sanitation because of Covid. Also there were several other employees outside helping others. Anyways, needless to say my last visit at this Autozone @ STORE #0951.Poor customer service with no smile.

Such an amazing customer service experience, today (5/21/23). I walked in, and the entire staff greeted me. It was my first time at the Fayetteville location, and I felt so welcomed!! Helped me with my brake light bulb issue, quickly!! This store deserves recognition and reward!

NATE was a very courteous associate. His knowledge about my specific issue gave me great relief. He was able to quickly help me resolve my issue and I’m very grateful that I received such awesome service at this Autozone. Highly recommend!
